I don't understand what's going on... but it looks like something special is going on.

I showed this in the previous page (page 7 or 8) ... The berths (at least the first 3 of 32) are being built in the sea... They are then going to reclaim land and build an access road and connect the port to land

The speed is really good, it is more satisfying that the project is funded by GOK
