Jay, you may not be aware but in buildings, glass towers are preferred in cooler temperate regions due to low temperatures. In the tropics, glass cladding is not suited due to high temperatures, for a house to be good with glass in the tropics, you need very expensive glass. Still you will need to employ more technology to avoid glare and unnecessary reflections and over heating the streets

true dat..but we xan still have those glass buildings in humid places...i will give you the example of Dubai...very hot place infact in a desert but there are glass buildings everywhere
