Largest Construction Company To erect Africa’s Tallest Building in Nairobi

Ukiangalia hapo Ni towers mbili, hio moja fupi ya gorofa 40 itakua Ni 5 star hotel... Kila siku watahitaji Mayayi elfu jadhaa, maziwa fresh lita elfu kadhaa, kuku Mia kadhaa, Samaki fresh kutoka Bahraini, Nyama ya komodoo mbuzi, ngombe, sungura.., Majani ya grade A ya chai, Mikate, mboga , vitunguu, tomato kwa wingi, spices Kama mdalasini...nk..... Itakua Ni biashara kubwa Sana kulisha hoteli ya orofa 40 hata kwa siku moja Tu.

Huku Kenya wakulima na wafugaji wenye mazao madogo kama vile maziwa huungana Na kuchanganya mazao Yao alafu wanauza kwa pamoja kwa kampuni au hoteli kubwa kubwa kwahivyo sio lazima hoteli iende kutafuta mkulima mmoja mmoja hadi ijaze order

Kila mtu anajua buying local is cheap.. hata hapa Tanzania wanafanya hivyohivyo, sio jambo jipya.

Lakini nachelea kuona ushabiki wa kijinga kwenye nani anajenga jengo refu kuliko mwenzie.. by the time hilo jengo lipo nusu probably South Africa watakuwa na wao wame announce jengo refu kuliko hilo..

Mkuu unaconnect vitu viwili ambavyo havihusiani.....

Ok brother, hata huku tz kampuni kama Azam, Asas na Tanga fresh hukusanya maziwa kutoka kwa wananchi nchi nzima na tunayapata hapahapa mjini bila shida.. and as I said there is nothing new considering that scenario.

Kuhusu construction jobs hazitakuja kuisha as long as Afrika bado inajengwa.. swala la kujiuliza wanamjengea nani?

Construction of the foundations for Hass Towers is due to start in April this year, when the project will officially launch in Kenya. Standing over 300 metres high with 67 storeys, the tallest tower is designed to represent ‘the height of African achievement’, considerably taller than the current record holder, the Carlton Centre in South Africa (at 50 floors and 223 m tall).

Kenya is one of Africa’s fastest growing economies with strong growth in its agricultural, tourism, construction and telecommunication sectors. The project is conveniently located just 16km from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, in Nairobi’s growing financial hub of Upper Hill, where many embassies and international organisations have set up their regional offices.
