During the Klopp era
It was a development process, a very sensitive process that not everyone has the patience to live in football. Need the "balls" to accept results that might not the administration & supporters want.
Development Process that Mr. Jurgen Klopp choose instead of silverware. Mr Arne Slot inherited this long term process, JK left a gold mine so that LFC where it belongs on the perch.

All that title chat should be around Arsenal, not Liverpool.
Liverpool are a team in TRANSITION. We just lost a legendary manager this summer. It's Arsenal who were called City's only challengers before the season began, by everyone. Liverpool were supposed to struggle for top 4 after Klopp's exit, and eventually fall apart just like Manchester United did after Alex Ferguson's departure. Relative to everyone's expectations before the season, Liverpool are doing alright. But the title talk is crazy, it is Arsenal who should be in pole position after City's debacle. This is Arsenal's title for the taking. And that's where the title conversation should be focused. Be consistent with your preseason analysis and keep Liverpool out of this title talk.
