Tunahitaji mabadiliko haraka sanaaa.

When Sir Alex Ferguson decided to retire from management, he didn't tell his players until the day they won the Premier League 2013.

Jurgen Klopp went public and that has two negative impacts on his squad.

1. He put more pressure on his players to win as many cups as possible.

2. He dared the opposition players to test his resolves. This is my last season, so dare to take these cups off me and my players and unfortunately, the teams (Man Utd FA Cup, Atalanta Europa League, and Man Utd, Crystal Palace and Everton Premier League) dared and succeeded.

Truly, people can't ruin what they don't know. He reached an agreement with Liverpool that he can't continue next season, why didn't he tell them to keep the announcement private until the end of the season?

I think he might be regretting over that announcement.

Liverpool injury update: Diogo Jota, Conor Bradley and Thiago Alcantara latest news and return dates

Here is all the latest Liverpool injury news and potential return dates.

Diogo Jota

Jota picked up a knock against Fulham, and was ruled out for two weeks. The Portuguese winger scored on his first start in two months, before coming off in the 74th minute. Jota had previously missed two months with a knee injury he suffered in February.
Klopp confirmed at the weekend that he wasn’t fit to play against West Ham, but that he’s recovering well.

“Both [Jota and Bradley] not ready,” Klopp said. “Progressing well, [but] not ready and nobody told me yet they will start training in the next few days. I think it will take time, a little bit.”

Potential return date: Sunday, May 5 vs Tottenham

Conor Bradley

Bradley has been absent since injuring his ankle against Crystal Palace on April 14. He was initially expected to be out for three weeks, although Klopp said he’ll start training in the next few days.

Potential return date: Sunday, May 5 vs Tottenham

Stefan Bajcetic

Bajcetic has missed nearly the entire season with a calf injury after appearing in 19 games for the senior team last season. Due to his age, Liverpool have been carefully easing him back into training, and he’s played three games for the Under-21s in the past few weeks before making

Joel Matip
Matip has likely played his last game in Liverpool colours after rupturing his ACL in December. Klopp confirmed that he won’t play again this season and his contract is up in the summer.

Potential return date: Summer 2024

Thiago Alcantara
Thiago has only played five minutes of football for Liverpool this season. He missed the first half of the season with a hip injury, before making his return as a substitute against Arsenal on February 4. He suffered a muscle injury in his brief cameo, which has ruled him out since.

When asked in February, Klopp was unsure when he’d be fit.

“There's no timescale,” Klopp said. “I don't know, to be honest. It's a couple of things [that] he has to do now from a medical point of view and then I don't know if that will then mean that he can play again [this season].

"That's not a short-term thing, that's why I'm not really in the subject. It's not that he might be in training in two weeks or stuff like this, so that's why I'm not 100 per cent in it. I cannot say more about it, to be honest."

Thiago’s contract also expires in the summer, and he might not play another game for Liverpool after another injury-hit season.

Arne Slot will be appointed as Liverpool’s new head coach rather than manager as Anfield prepares for a shift away from the traditional British football club structure.

The Dutchman, 45, is expected to be happy with that status, having spent his coaching career working in the same head coach/sporting director model that Liverpool are poised to adopt.

Like all the candidates Liverpool spoke to during their process of recruiting Jürgen Klopp’s successor, Slot is presently a head coach rather than a manager. The plan is for him to focus on coaching and preparing Liverpool’s first team while reporting to a sporting director, Richard Hughes, who will oversee recruitment and other aspects of the football department.

Liverpool believe the new structure is more appropriate to the complexities and demands of the modern game and that it will give the man in charge of their first team — the head coach — more support to do his job, not less.

In their process of identifying Slot as the right person to succeed Klopp, w

Incoming Liverpool boss Arne Slot's views on player discipline emerge amid Mo Salah row
Arne Slot is expected to be confirmed as Liverpool's next head coach imminently, and insight into the methods which have made the Dutchman so successful at Feyenoord have now emerged

Arne Slot is expected to be confirmed as Liverpool's next head coach imminently
Liverpool's next head coach, Arne Slot, does not see himself as a strict disciplinarian, it has been claimed.

The Feyenoord chief, 45, emerged as the Reds' top target to succeed Jurgen Klopp earlier this month and his appointment is expected to be confirmed this week
after both clubs reached an agreement over compensation for his services.

of Klopp's final games at the helm was overshadowed at the weekend by a touchline bust-up with Mohamed Salah after the Liverpool forward was dropped for the must-win match at West Ham. And while the clash has divided opinion, a report highlighting Slot's approach to discipline has since resurfaced.

The Athletic notes that while the Dutchman has a system of set fines for players like most coaches, he does not see his role as 'akin to a school teacher' and has fostered a culture where players are empowered to make positive choices at Feyenoord.

That environment has helped Slot elevate Feyenoord back into the upper echelons of the Eredivisie during his three-year tenure. It was also the catalyst for last year's Dutch title triumph - Feyenoord's first domestic title in six years.

While official confirmation of Slot's next move is expected imminently, Klopp still has a handful of games left before he bids Anfield an emotional farewell next month.

While he was quick to downplay Saturday's row with Salah, insisting that the issue was quashed post-match in the dressing room, others have criticised the Egypt international.

Anfield favourite Jamie Carragher had his say on the incident on social media, admitting Salah had been "daft" but that nobody of a Liverpool persuasion needed to take sides.

He wrote: "Mo Salah & Jurgen Klopp are both lfc legends. We don't need to take sides! Salah is frustrated & angry with Jurgen that he's not playing & at that moment didn't want to fully embrace the boss, Jurgen understandably took exception.

"Mo was daft with his comment in the mixed zone but let's let them sort it out & enjoy the last few weeks together. They’ve been a massive help to each other in all that’s been achieved at the club!"

Salah is about to enter the final year of his contract and there had been speculation even before the weekend that he could be sold amid interest from Saudi Arabia. It has since emerged, though, that both he and the club want him to play a key role under Slot
