MEMORIAL OF SAINT ELIZABETH OF HUNGARY, Religious
FIRST READING
If they could investigate the world, how did they fail to find the Lord of these things?
WISDOM 13: 1 - 9
All men who were ignorant of God were foolish by nature; and they were unable from the good things that are seen to know him who exists, nor did they recognize the craftsman while paying heed to his works; but they supposed that either fire or wind or swift air, or the circle of the stars, or turbulent water, or the luminaries of heaven were the gods that rule the world. If through delight in the beauty of these things men assumed them to be gods, let them know how much better than these is their Lord, for the author of beauty created them. And if men were amazed at their power and working, let them perceive from them how much more powerful is he who formed them. For from the greatness and beauty of created things comes a corresponding perception of their Creator. Yet these men are little to be blamed, for perhaps they go astray while seeking God and desiring to find him. For as they live among his works they keep searching, and they trust in what they see, because the things that are seen are beautiful. Yet again, not even they are to be excused; for if they had the power to know so much that they could investigate the world, how did they fail to find sooner the Lord of these things?

Likewise as it was in the days of Lot— they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built, but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and brimstone rained from heaven and destroyed them all— so will it be on the day when the Son of man is revealed. On that day, let him who is on the house top, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away; and likewise let him who is in the field not turn back. Remember Lot’s wife. Whoever seeks to gain his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it. I tell you, in that night there will be two men in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Kabla magari hayajawa deal, Askari wa Usalama Barabarani walikuwa wanakamata baiskelk... Makosa yaliyokuwa yanakamatisha

3. Bedal umebaki msongo
4. Kibati (Ushuru wa Halmashauri)
5. Tairi kipara
6. Haina taa au
7. Ina taa ilanhaina Dynamo au
8. Dyamo haifanyi kazi
9. Ukiendesha umevua shati...
10. Ukiendesha hujavaa Makubasi
Faini yake ilikuwa kati ya Shilingi 5 mpaka Sh 20... Nyakati hizo Baskeli mahiri Phoenix ilikuwa inauzwa Sh. 1500 na hizi Swala, Gazebo, shangsheng na nyingine zilikuwa 659-800

Morning Prayer.
God, I pray for your compassion to fill my heart today.
I ask that you would help me to see others as you see them, and that I would be able to extend love and kindness to everyone I encounter.
I pray that I would be able to serve others with a compassionate heart, and that I would be able to show empathy and understanding to those who are struggling.
I trust in your compassion and provision, and I pray that I would experience that compassion in a powerful way today.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
