Introduction
Habakkuk’s prayer in this concluding chapter begins with a request for the LORD to be merciful to the people of Judah. His prayer then continues with a description of the LORD’s presence and power in the world. Habakkuk is overwhelmed by the LORD’s awesome power, which makes him confident that the LORD will save the people of Judah, despite their present struggles.
Reflection
As Habakkuk prays, he recounts many of God’s great acts. In doing so, he reminds himself of God’s mercy and power, and this gives him strength. How can remembering God’s works in the world strengthen your faith? How has God been made known to you today?
Pray
Sovereign Lord, I have heard of what you have done, and I am filled with awe. Strengthen my spirit to remember the ways you are revealed in my life. Be present with me today that I may find comfort and hope in the sure knowledge of your everlasting love.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan nakusalimu na kukupongeza kwa sababu tarehe 19/3/2024 utatimiza miaka mitatu madarakani tangu uchukue nchi baada ya kifo cha aliyekuwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Hayati Dr John Pombe Magufuli aliyefariki tarehe 17/3/2021. Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi namuomba Mungu akupe uvumilivu, ustahimilivu,busara, maarifa na nguvu za kuendelea kuwahudumia Watanzania zaidi ya milioni sitini na mbili ambao wanakutegemea ili kuwapeleka kwenye mafanikio.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan naitwa Lugete Mussa Lugete mchambuzi wa siasa za Kimataifa, Mwanahistoria na Mwanamajumui wa Afrika. Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi ni utaratibu wangu kukuandikia barua za wazi pale ambapo naona kuna haja ya kufanya hivyo.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan lengo la barua yangu ni kuweka pingamizi kwa serikali ya Rwanda kumteua Balozi mpya nchini Tanzania ambaye ni Generali Patrick Nyamvumba. Mimi sio Mtumishi wa umma wala mshauri wako naandika kama Mtanzania wa kawaida.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan Jina la Patrick Nyamvumba sio ngeni katika medali za ujasusi na intelijensia barani Afrika.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wote tunafahamu Kwamba wakati wa mauaji ya kimbari Rwanda kuanzia mwezi wa tatu mpaka mwezi wa Saba mwaka 1994 Patrick Nyamvumba aliongoza kikosi cha askari wa Kitutsi yaani Inkotanyi Amaraso kufanya mauaji ya Wahuti ambao tayali walikuwa wameonyesha kusalimu amri.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi baada ya kadhia ya mauaji ya kimbari Rwanda baadhi ya askari wa kihutu kutoka Rwanda walikimbilia Mashariki ya Kongo mikoa ya Kivu Kusini na Kivu Kaskazini hata hivyo serikali ya Rwanda iliunda kikosi cha Siri kikiongozwa na Patrick Nyamvumba na James Kabarebe kuwafuata na kuwaua huko Kongo.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan. Kiufupi historia ya balozi mteule wa Rwanda nchini Tanzania Generali Patrick Nyamvumba imejaa ukakasi na sintofahamu kama ifuatavyo.

Duru za kijasusi zinaalifu Kwamba Patrick Nyamvumba alizaliwa mwaka 1967 nchini Rwanda kipindi cha uongozi wa Gregory Kayibanda ambaye alikuwa Raisi wa Kwanza wa Rwanda kuanza mwaka 1962 mpaka alipopinduliwa mwaka 1972 na Meja Generali Juvenile Habyalimana. Hata hivyo mwaka 1959 yalitokea mapinduzi ya Kihutu nchini Rwanda ambapo Watusti zaidi ya laki mbili walikimbilia Uganda na kupokelewa huko,huku wengine wakienda Mashariki ya Kongo na kujiita Banyamulenge na wengine walikuja Tanzania hasa mikoa ya Kigoma na Kagera.

Miaka ya 1980 Patrick Nyamvumba alitoroka kutoka Rwanda na kwenda Uganda wakati huo Generali Emmanuel Fred Gisa Rwigema alikuwa akikusanya wanyarwanda ili kuunda kikosi cha ukombozi wa Rwanda kutoka mikononi mwa Wahuti au Interahamwe . Mpango wa siri kati ya Kiongozi wa waasi nchini Uganda kipindi hicho Yoweri Kaguta Museveni na kiongozi wa Kitutsi nchini Uganda Emmanuel Fred Gisa Rwigema ilikuwa ni kuwatumia waasi wa Kitutsi nchini Uganda Ili kuingia Ikulu na kuuangusha utawala wa Milton Obote aliyeshinda uchaguzi wa mwaka 1980 baada ya kuanguka kwa utawala wa Generali Idi Amin Dada kufuatia Operesheni Chakaza iliyotekelezwa na serikali ya Tanzania.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, Raisi wa sasa wa Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni aliwatumia wakimbizi wa Kitutsi kwenda ikulu kufuatia vita vya msituni na mwaka 1987 Museveni aliapishwa Kuwa Raisi wa Uganda, mchakato wa Museveni kutimiza ahadi ya kuwarudisha wakimbizi wa Kitutsi Rwanda ukaanza ambapo tarehe 1/10/1990 Generali Emmanuel Fred Gisa Rwigema alivuka mpaka wa Uganda na askari 4000 kwenda Rwanda kupindua serikali ya Juvenile Habyalimana bahati mbaya Serikali ya Zaire chini ya Generali Mobutu Sese Seku Kuku Ngendu Wa Zabanga iliunasa mpango huo na hali ikawa mbaya ambapo Generali Emmanuel Fred Gisa Rwigema ambapo alipigwa risasi katika mazingira ya ajabuajabu. Miongoni mwa askari waliokuwepo katika kikosi cha Rwigema ni Patrick Nyamvumba.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, Serikali ya Rwanda na Uganda wamekuwa vikwazo kwa muda mrefu katika kufikia amani nchini Kongo kwa sababu wanamaslahi mapana ikiwemo kupora madini na kusambaza silaha kwa makundi mbalimbali ya waasi kupitia Ziwa Kivu

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan ikumbukwe Kwamba Laurent Desire Kabila alikuwa Tanzania kwa miaka mingi akipanga namna ya kumuondoa Madarakani Generali Joseph Desire Mobutu Sese Seku Kuku Ngendu Wa Zabanga, Laurent Desire Kabila hakuwa na msaada mkubwa mpaka pale mwaka 1995 ambapo Rwanda na Uganda yaani Kagame na Museveni walivyokutana na Laurent Desire Kabila na kuunganisha nguvu za kumuondoa Madarakani Mobutu, katika hali isiyo ya Kawaida Laurent Desire Kabila akakubali kusaini mkataba wa Lemera mwaka 1996 mkataba huo ulikuwa na masharti kumi ,mosi Ikiwa Laurent Desire Kabila atakuwa Raisi wa Kongo lazima Kongo igawanywe Kuwa nchi mbili yaani kuzaliwa kwa taifa la Mashariki mwa Kongo lenye mikoa ya Kivu Kusini Bukavu na Kivu Kusini Goma ,pili Jeshi la Kongo linapaswa kujumuisha Watalaam kutoka Rwanda na Uganda,tatu Laurent Desire Kabila hapaswi kuamua jambo lolote kuhusu Banyamulenge bila kuomba ushauri kutoka serikali ya Rwanda na Uganda, nne Wakongomani wanaoishi mikoa ya Kivu Kusini na Kivu Kaskazini wanapaswa kuhamishwa Ili kupisha makazi ya Watusti kutoka Rwanda na Uganda yaani taifa la Banyamulenge. Tano Waasi wa kikundi cha Ukombozi wa Kongo wanapaswa kupewa Uraia Kongo ikiwemo haki ya kupiga kura. Sita Mpaka wa Rwanda na Kongo kupitia ziwa Kivu haupaswi kufungwa. Saba Ujenzi wa Reli kutoka Kongo kupitia Rwanda ,Uganda na Zambia Ili kukuza uchumi. Nane;Jeshi la Kongo litapata mafunzo kutoka Jeshi la Rwanda na Uganda. Tisa; Laurent Desire Kabila hapaswi kuomba ushauri kutoka serikali ya Tanzania bila kuwaambia Rwanda na Uganda. Kumi; Kongo inapaswa kupunguza uhusiano na serikali ya Ufaransa. Mwisho makubaliano ya mkataba wa Lemera ni Siri na hayapaswi kuvunjika .

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi huo ndio mkataba wa Lemera unaitesa Kongo mpaka leo. Kwakuwa ndoto ya Laurent Desire Kabila ilikuwa ni kwenda ikulu kwa njia yeyote ikabidi akubali kusaini mkataba wa Lemera ndipo Rwanda na Uganda wakatengeneza Operesheni Banyamulenge kwenda kumuondoa Madarakani Mobutu Sese Seku Kuku Ngendu Wa Zabanga na serikali ya Tanzania ilibariki mchakato mzima.

Mwaka 1997 Laurent Desire Kabila akaanza kutekeleza baadhi ya masharti ya mkataba wa Lemera kwa kukubali washauri wa mambo ya kijeshi kutoka Rwanda na Uganda mfano James Kabarebe kutoka Rwanda akateuliwa Kuwa mkuu wa majeshi ya Kongo,Bizimana Karaha kutoka Rwanda akawa waziri wa Mambo ya nje wa Kongo na Patrick Nyamvumba akawa idara ya ujasusi wa Kongo ikulu. Baadae Laurent Desire Kabila akawageuka Kagame na Museveni ndipo viongozi wa Rwanda na Uganda wakaondoka Kongo na kupanga mbinu za kumuua Raisi wa Kongo Laurent Desire Kabila kupitia Operesheni Kitona ambayo ilishindwa na serikali ya Rwanda na Uganda kupata aibu kubwa hata hivyo Laurent Desire Kabila aliuawa mwaka 2001 ikulu kwa kupigwa risasi .

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan Tanzania ni taifa huru ambalo tangu uhuru December mwaka 1961 limekuwa likijipambua kama kimbilio la wanyonge na kiboko ya madhalimu. Sio dhambi nikisema Kwamba Balozi mteule wa Rwanda nchini Tanzania Generali Patrick Nyamvumba ni dhalimu na hapaswi kuishi hapa Tanzania kwa sababu ameua watu wengi na kuhujumu amani na ustawi wa Jumuia ya Afrika Mashariki.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan kuanzia mwaka 2013 hadi 2019 Generali Patrick Nyamvumba aliteuliwa Kuwa Mkuu wa Jeshi la Ulinzi la Rwanda. Kabla ya hapo kuanzia mwaka 2009 hadi 2013, alitumikia Sudan kama Kamanda wa Kikosi cha Umoja wa Afrika-Umoja wa Mataifa huko Darfur (UNAMID). Ni mhitimu wa Chuo Kikuu cha Ulinzi cha Nigeria, Nyamvumba hapo awali alitumikia RDF kama kamanda wa vikosi vya ardhini, Kamanda wa Chuo cha Kijeshi cha Rwanda huko Nyakinama, Wilaya ya Musanze, Rais wa Mahakama ya Kijeshi ya Juu (2007-2009), Mkuu wa Logistiki, na Mkuu wa Operesheni, Mpango, na Mafunzo (1998-1999).

Mashtaka ya jinai ya vita
Kama kiongozi wa Tawi la Mafunzo la Front Patriotiki ya Rwanda (RPF) wakati wa Vita vya Kisasi vya Rwanda, Nyamvumba inadaiwa aliongoza operesheni za kikundi cha mauaji ambapo raia wa Kihutu katika maeneo yaliyodhibitiwa na RPF walichinjwa. Wanajeshi wa Nyamvumba walivutia na kuua Wahutu katika mikutano. Baadhi yao walipigwa na kuuawa kwa bunduki au majembe na kutupwa katika Mto Akagera. Waathiriwa pia walipakizwa kwenye malori, kuchukuliwa Hifadhi ya Taifa ya Akagera na kuuawa huko, kabla ya kuchomwa moto.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan kuanzia mwaka 2013 mpaka mwaka 2019 wakati Patrick Nyamvumba akiwa mkuu wa majeshi ya Rwanda serikali ya Tanzania ilipoteza zaidi ya askari 30 waliokuwa Kongo wakilinda amani kupitia vikosi vya Umoja wa Mataifa yaani MONUSCO.

Kuanzia mwaka 2017 Hadi mwaka 2019 askari 30 wa Tanzania walipoteza maisha Kongo,ni kipindi hicho ambapo Tanzania ilikuwa na uhusiano mzuri na Rwanda ambapo Raisi wa Tanzania Dr John Pombe Magufuli alikuwa swahiba na Raisi wa Rwanda dikteta Generali Paul Kagame Inkotanyi.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan shambulio la mwaka 2017 ambapo Tanzania ilipoteza askari 12 halafu waasi wa ADF wenye asili ya Uganda kujitokeza hadharani na kusema wanahusika ulikuwa ni mpango wa kumzubaishi Raisi Magufuli na vyombo vya ulinzi na usalama,hata hivyo kumekuwa na biashara kati ya viongozi wa ADF na M23 Kwamba iwapo ADF wakishambulia askari wa Umoja wa Mataifa basi M23 watatoka mbele ya kadamnasi na kujipa uhusika vivyo hivyo M23 nao wakishambulia huwatuma ADF kujipa uhusika. Ikumbukwe Kwamba tarehe 22/2/2021 Balozi wa Italia nchini Kongo Luca Attanasio aliuawa katika mkoa wa Kivu Kaskazini mji wa Goma eneo la Rutshuru akiwa na maafisa wawili kutoka shirika la chakula Duniani, upelelezi uliofanywa na serikali ya Italia kwa ushirikiano na Shirika la Ujasusi la Hispania ulibaini Kwamba Waasi wa M23 kutoka Rwanda na wanaoungwa mkono na serikali ya Rwanda ndio waliohusika hata hivyo waasi wa FDLR walijitangaza kuhusika.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania kuanzia mwaka 2013_2019 Tanzania ilipoteza askari wengi Kongo kipindi ambacho Patrick Nyamvumba akiwa mkuu wa majeshi ya Rwanda na ndicho kipindi ambacho M23 ilikuwa ikipokea misaada ya silaha na mahitaji ya kijeshi kutoka Rwanda na mpaka Umoja wa Mataifa kupitia balaza la ulinzi na usalama kuitishia Rwanda kuiwekea vikwazo vya kiuchumi kama haitaacha kuwasaidia waasi wa M23.

Ndugu Mheshimiwa Raisi wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania naomba uzuie ujio wa Balozi mteule wa Rwanda nchini Tanzania Generali Patrick Nyamvumba kwa maslahi mapana ya Tanzania na ustawi wa Jumuia ya Afrika Mashariki.

Evening Reflection (QT)
Introduction
This psalm can be read as a concluding component to Psalms 61 and 62 which we read the past two days. These three psalms comprise a trilogy of prayers that focus on trusting in God. In today’s reading, the writer expresses a deep yearning for God and describes the comfort and assurance of being in God’s presence.
Reflection
What verses in this psalm attest to the psalm writer’s deep longing for God? How is this longing described? The psalm writer states that God’s “constant love is better than life itself” (verse 3). What does God’s constant love mean to you? In what ways do you experience God’s love?
Pray
Sovereign God, my soul thirsts for you. Your constant love is my source of joy and comfort. I cling to you, and your hand keeps me safe. I will give you thanks as long as I live.

Ni miaka 3 imepita tangu Rais Magufuli afariki. Ni jambo la kawaida, hasa siku ya maziko au wakati wa kutangaza kifo, kutolewa taarifa za kina za mazingira ya kifo cha marehemu, na kama pengine marehemu alitoa kauli yoyote. Haikuwa hivyo kwa Hayati Magufuli.

Wengi walipenda na walikuwa na shauku, msiba tu ulipotokea, wafahamu kwa kina aliugua lini, alifikishwa hospitali lini, jitihada zilizofanywa katika harakati za kuokoa uhai wa marehemu, mpaka kushindikana, na hatimaye kuyapokea mapenzi ya Mungu. Kukosekana kwa taarifa hizo, kumesababisha maneno mengi, ya kweli na yasiyo ya kweli.

Miaka 3 baadaye, baadhi ya taarifa za kina zimetolewa na CDF. Siamini kama taarifa hizi zimetolewa tu ili kujifurahisha, bali kuna ujumbe umetumwa kwa wananchi.

UJUMBE MUHIMU:

Kuna shida kwenye katiba ya nchi. Kuna vitu havijawa sawa na kwa uwazi. Kwa maelezo ya CDF, ni kwamba ni yeye CDF ndiye aliyetoa msisitizo wa kuwa ni Makamu wa Rais ndiye anatakiwa kuwa Rais, na siyo mwingine yeyote. Tena ameeleza kuwa ni yeye CDF ndiye aliyeelekeza kuwa inabidi makamu wa Rais aapishwe kabla ya maziko ya Rais maana bila hivyo jeshi haliwezi kumtambua kama ndiye Amiri Jeshi Mkuu.

Lakini pia Rais mstaafu Kikwete, wakati Ndugai alipoondolewa kwenye nafasi ya uspika, alieleza kuwa Rais alipofatiki, spika alimwendea na kumwambia kuwa kwa mujibu wa katiba, yeye spika ndiye anatakiwa kuwa Rais. Yeye Kikwete alimkatalia.

Lakini pia zipo habari ambazo hazijawekwa wazi, huenda zikawekwa wazi siku za mbeleni, kuwa wale waliokuwa wakipinga Makamu kuchukua nafasi ya Urais baada ya kifo cha Rais, walieleza kuwa katiba inasema kuwa Rais akitoka bara, makamu atatoka visiwani. Na kwa vile aliyefariki alikuwa anatoka bara, urais ulikuwa nafasi ya bara, nafasi ya visiwani ilikuwa ni umakamu, hivyo makamu aendelee kuwa makamu.

Amesahau kuwa bila ya hekima ya CDF huenda asingekuwa Rais. Manufaa yake binafsi yamefifisha hekima yake katika kuyaangalia maslahi ya Taifa.

Ni lini tutampata Rais mzalendo anayelitazama zaidi Taifa kuliko madaraka yake binafsi na manufaa ya chama chake? Kuwa na hawa viongozi wanaojali zaidi madaraka kuliko madlahi ya Taifa, kuna siku nchi itakwenda kwa namna isiyotarajiwa. Pongezi kwa CDF kwa kujali maslahi ya Taifa.

MUME WA BIKIRA MARIA NA MLISHI WA YESU .

March 19 kila mwaka tuna adhimisha sherehe .

Mtakatifu Yosefu, baba mlishi wa Yesu na Mume wa Bikira Maria , anasifiwa katika maandiko matakatifu kama " mtu mwenye haki "


Mwaka 1817 , Baba Mtakatifu Pius Alimtangaza Mt . Yosefu kuwa msimamizi wa kanisa Zima
Yosefu ndiye msimamizi na mwombezi wa kifo chema Kwa sababu alifia mikononi mwa Yesu na Bikira maria , hakuna asiye tamani kufia mikononi mwa Yesu na Bikira Maria.


Yosefu alikuwa mtu mwenye moyo safi kabisa, Alichaguliwa kulinda ubikira wa maria , mama wa Mungu , mafundi wa sanamu humuchora Mt . Yosefu na ua jeupe mkononi Kwa Kuonyesha uzuri wa roho yake aliyoilinda siku zote safi kabisa. Alikuwa mnyenyekevu Kwa maana hakujivuna Kwa sababu ya kuwa mwana wa ukoo wa mfalme Daudi , Wala hakuchukia ilipompasa kufanya kazi yake ya useremala apate kuwalisha familia yake na kumufundisha kijana Yesu .

Tena alikuwa na mapendo makuu rohoni mwake kwa Yesu na Maria .
Sasa anakaa mbinguni karibu nao , tena anao uwezo mkubwa kwa Mungu .
Mtakatifu Teresia aliyemheshimu sana Mtakatifu Yosefu ametuambia :"Sikuomba kitu kwa baba mlishi wa Yesu nisikipate ".Kama vile zamani Farao , Mfalme wa Misri alivyomweka Yosefu , mwana wa Yakobo , kuwa msimamizi wa milki yake,ndivyo sasa Mungu amemweka Mt . Yosefu kuwa msimamizi wa Kanisa lake, akimwekea neema mikononi mwake ili atugawie sisi tukimwomba kwa matumaini.

Leo Mama Kanisa anatualika tumsherekee Yosefu Mume wa Bikira Maria .

For this reason his parents said, “He is of age; question him.”

So a second time they called the man who had been blind and said to him, “Give God the praise! We know that this man is a sinner.”

He replied, “If he is a sinner, I do not know. One thing I do know is that I was blind and now I see.”

So they said to him, “What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?”

He answered them, “I told you already and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you want to become his disciples, too?”

They ridiculed him and said, “You are that man’s disciple; we are disciples of Moses!

We know that God spoke to Moses, but we do not know where this one is from.”

The man answered and said to them, “This is what is so amazing, that you do not know where he is from, yet he opened my eyes.

We know that God does not listen to sinners, but if one is devout and does his will, he listens to him.

It is unheard of that anyone ever opened the eyes of a person born blind.

If this man were not from God, he would not be able to do anything.”

Introduction
Today’s reading is the fifth and concluding lament. The community in exile cries out to God, asking God to remember them and to have mercy.
Reflection
What verses speak of the community’s sense of disgrace? What do the people ask of God?How would you describe the overall tone of this lament? Is there any evidence of hope? Are there places in our world today where people are experiencing similar suffering?
Pray
O Lord, you are king forever and will rule to the end of time. Look with compassion on all who suffer this day and grant them relief.

Remember, LORD, what has happened to us, pay attention, and see our disgrace:

Evening Reflection (QT)
Introduction
This psalm is a communal prayer that reflects the human quest to understand life’s meaning, particularly as life is drawing to a close. It juxtaposes the eternity of God with the shortness of human life. In this psalm, the Lord is called “our home” and the psalm was most likely written in response to the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 586 B.C. Prior to that time, “home” or “house” in the psalms would have referred to the Temple.
Reflection
This psalm begins by affirming God’s eternity and everlasting care for humankind (verses 1, 2), followed by describing the brevity of life (verses 3-10), and concluding with a prayer for redemption (verses 11-17). What are your thoughts regarding the verses about God’s anger (verses 7-13)? What does the writer ask of God? A beloved hymn, “O God, Our Help in Ages Past,” is based on Psalm 90, and you may wish to compare the words of the psalm with this hymn.
Pray
O God, you are our help in ages past, our hope for years to come, and our eternal home. Fill me each morning with your constant love, and may your favor rest upon me each day of my life.
