March 04 2013: Kenya's historic poll - Kenya decides!

Siamini unachosema,
Inakuwa je county zingine ambazo zinawapiga kura kama 200000 walimaliza mapema jana kuhesabu, na county zenye wapiga kura 500 hawajamaliza kuhesabu mpaka sasa?

Mkuu, I believe you got it wrong. Hakuna County iliyomaliza kuhesabu kura jana.

Lakini still, kura laki nne haiwezi kucover gap iliyopo ingawa zinaweza kushusha asilimia za dogo to less than 50.

Hilo ndilo ombi la kila mtu ila endapo uchelewaji wa kutoa matokeo halisi ukiendelea kuchelewa, people might loose patience.

Katiba yao mpya, inaruhusu tume kuwa imekamilisha matokeo ndani ya siku nne 72hr so hata wakitangaza kesho wapo within limit, according to Katiba yao

winners should embrace victory with humility And losers should accept defeat with honour

At the end of the exercise, idadi ya kura alizopata kila mgombea zinajumlishwa ili kuona kama idadi ile inaendana na jumla ya kura zote zilivyopigwa.
