Meno yameenda!

Pole mkuu jitahidi sana kuzingatia usafi wa kinywa , tumia dawa za meno bora zilizothibitishwa kitaalamu, epuka sukari sukari, safisha kinywa walau mara mbili kwa siku yaani asubuhi na jioni, badilisha miswaki walau kila wiki mbili, zingatia vyakula vinavoimarisha afya ya meno pia
 
Hata akizingatia yafaa nini wakati meno ya kutafunia ndo hayo yamelala yoo?
Huyo sasa hv ukitaka mpigane mpe ufuta atafune uone
 
Hapo si suluhisho, mdudu ataamia kwenye jino lingine
