Location: Ruiru,along Nothern Bypass.
Capacity: 500 beds
KU,through a loan from the Chinese Government is building a teaching and referral that will offer the most advanced medical treatment and the finest ammenities. It will also go a long way in relieving presure on the largest refferal hospital in East and Central Africa, Kenyatta National Hospital.
Progress from inseption till mid-2015.
A significant component of the hospital will be the availability of tele-medicine facilities to enable doctors consult with their peers in reputable hospitals in the world for second opinion as well as giving medical advice to local hospitals. And this will also boost education.
