Kwa kawaida kuna admin account yenye login details ambazo ufichwa na institution. Halafu admin wa database anaitumia hizo login details kufungua admin account yenye mamlaka ya juu kama ile itakayotunzwa na ofisi. Kutumia account ya marehemu ni rahisi sana, kwa sababu kwa kutumia ile akaunti ya juu, password ya marehemu inabadilishwa na mtu mwingine ku-access database kwa jina la marehemu. Haitaji kuondoa jina au akaunti ya marehemu ili kufanya uhuni kwenye database, kwa sababu yawezekana iliondolewa halafu ikatengenezwa tena ila itaonesha tarehe ya kufunguliwa.

Hackers used the late Chris Msando's identity to access IEBC systems, Raila Odinga claims.
Raila, who is trailing President Uhuru Kenyatta by over 1 million votes, claims the results were manipulated.
"We have caught them. Hackers gained entry into the election database through Msando account and directly into Chairman Wafula Chebukati's account," the NASA presidential candidate said on Wednesday.
"They created errors in the server that allowed them to turn a democratic process to a function of a formula," he added.
He said democratic process is not a show that can be manipulated anytime.
"I do this out of the obligations for Kenyans. Some people conspire and denied Kenyans an opportunity to elect their leaders," he said.
Raila said within 12 hrs the attack affected the process in all counties.
Those affected include: Mombasa, Kilifi, Lamu, Taita Taveta, Marsabit, Isiolo, Meru, Tharaka Nithi, Embu, Kitui, Machakos, Makueni.
Others are Nyandurua, Nyeri ,Kirinyaga, Muranga, Kiambu, West Pokot, Samburu, Trans Nzoia, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo Marakwet, Nandi, Baringo among others.
Raila said what the IEBC has published as presidential results is a fault results.
"It gives Uhuru votes that were not cast. Uhuru must go home. We do not need him as our leader and IEBC must be held accountable," he said.
Earlier, the National Super Alliance rejected the results of Tuesday general election saying they don't represent the will of Kenyans.
Raila said they are concerned the outcome is not in line with the law.
He said it was defeating that despite IEBC agreeing to follow the law, the tallies from the constituencies were not put up.
Currently, Uhuru has 7,684,411 votes against Raila's 6,310,940 votes from 37,687 out of 40,883 polling stations
