The purpose of those tally centers was not to pronounce any results (because its illegal for any party or any one to announce result before IECB). But the aim was to counter check with what is published by IECB. IECB have fail so far to provide any proof with what they're tallying.

NASA wana hesabu zao za ndani lakini hawatakiwi kuzitoa hadharani kabla tume haijatoa matokeo ya hizo fomu. Maana wakitoa hadharani sasa hivi watakuwa wamevunja sheria, kama Maalim alivyofanya Zanzibar.
