Purpose: Under the guidance of the Chief of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Section, assist in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Government of Kenya/UNICEF Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Programme.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze data for the Situation Analysis, programme/project planning, monitoring and evaluation purposes. Analyze programme implementation reports and evaluate against planned programme targets, results and plans of action. Prepare tables, graphs and other statistical data necessary for programme management. Report outcome of analysis and propose corrective actions.

2. Undertake field visits to districts and project sites, assess local conditions and resources and monitor UNICEF inputs. Monitor and Communicate with local counterparts on project process feasibility and effectiveness including monitoring the flow of supply and non-supply assistance.

3. Undertake follow-up action on programme implementation activities, contribute to teamwork building and prepare relevant reports. Draft changes in programme work plans as required.

4. Attend technical cooperation meetings, prepare notes and undertake follow-up action and coordination related to programme implementation and monitoring.

5. Maintain a computerized programme monitoring system database and submit relevant reports.

6. Select and compile training and orientation materials for those involved in programme implementation including donor and media visits.

7. Evaluate and analyze financial and supply reports to ensure appropriateness of documentation, ensure expenditure are within allotments and data is consistent with Project Identification Data Base (PIDB) and report to the Supervisor or Head of Office the outcome of the reviews.

8. Draft relevant required section's Donors, Management and Annual Reports.

Required Qualifications: University Degree in Social Sciences, Socio-economics, Statistics, Demography or equivalent.

Experience: Two years progressively responsible experience in Programme Design, Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation or Related Field.

Language: Fluency in English and Kiswahili.

I am the founder of an athletic apparel company and I am traveling to Nairobi, Kenya for 2 weeks March 21-April 4th. I need someone to:

8. Draft relevant required section's Donors, Management and Annual Reports.

Experience: Two years progressively responsible experience in Programme Design, Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation or Related Field.

Language: Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
