You cant spend over 90% of time reading articles written in swahili, watching news broadcast in swahili, listening to swahili songs, watching swahili movies and programs and expect to become proficient in speaking English, that's never going to happen, never on earth.
If you really want to improve your English you should change your environment. I'm not saying you shouldn't be listening to swahili news hapana but you must make sure 90% of what you read, watch, listening to, exposed to, must be in English...this will naturally train your your brain and mind to think in English and it will be easy for you to speak English.
