na ndio maana nikasema itabidi waafrika tuamke... besides, i think hapa wameongeza those estates that are inside malls...23 million sq metres doesnt sound right at all....there are certain malls where they also build a small estate inside the parameters of the mall...that would obviously add those sq metres...

Nashangaa kwann unaona hajabu me kua umu, labda nikuweke wazi,nimewah kufanya kazi na wakenya ,napenda baadhi ya vitu vyenu, ila mnamaringo ya ajabu sana[emoji16][emoji16] nashangaa hadi mnaona kero mm kua nanyi

hahaha...i feel you brother...but arrogance na maringo just comes with superiority...it is a fact....the bright thing to do is to avoid arguing with kenyans since they have an advantage over you....be like rwanda and uganda....u will never see a ugandan trying to question the development of kenya...they know...ask them...wamejaa huku kenya hata kuliko watu wengine...i have rwandan frnd..the first time in 2010 he arrived in nairobi he thought he was not in africa...he had never seen a skyscraper before...isitoshe, even the americans are considered very arrogant by the Europeans...alafu kuna watu huko west coast wanaitwa wanigeria!!! those ppl are very annoying...very arrogant u will think they live in a first world country

One quaestion to ask,are we sure about the mentioned figure ?that you only have 500k square m ?sometimes you might be under-rated. .. let's assume it's the exactly figure so how far have a gone to attain that[emoji16][emoji16][emoji16].... I smell that sa are even far than we ever think

SA ndio wameendelea kuliko waafrika wenzao ila sio sana vile unavofikiria...hawa watu wana slums mbaya tu kama nairobi kule johannesburg....insecurity yaani wakora wa bunduki wamejaa kule Johannesburg...inequality ni mbaya sana SA...utapata wazungu mabilionea na waafrika maskini hohehahe.. they have alot of infsrastructure but most of them live worse lives that other aficans...a good economy is one that wealth is spread over all people....and tanzania even though u have little wealth atleast ur trying to spread it equally...i respect that...but SA sio ati wametushinda kwa mbali sana...nazani Morocco pia wana infrastructure nzuri kama za Sa ila ona GDP yao...

Japo this tusan guy ni nafuu kidogo, huchanganya changanya, kuna wakati anatiririka pumba mtupu, lakini wakati mwengine anakua na mambo yenye tija.

Lakini kuna wengine kutwa kuponda Kenya kwa kila kitu na cha kushangaza hutawaona sehemu yoyote JF kwenye mada za Kitanzania. Walau akina barbarossa utamwona leo ameibukia mada za Kenya baadaye utamwona kule kwa siasa na taarifa za Bongo akijadili na Watanzania wenzake.

Wale hukomaa na Kenya huwa naona kuna kitu kiliwatendekea kwetu, aidha walifukuzwa Kenya wakaishia kuwa na majungu miaka yote. Lazima kuna kitu maana sio kawaida. Yaani hutomkuta hata siku moja anajadili matukio ya kwao na kwa jinsi yalivyo mengi siku hizi ya akina Roma Mkatoliki, Gwajima, Dai, Bashite n.k. Hutawaona huko hata siku moja, lakini wacha Kenya itajwe kwa lolote, wanatiririka kama nzi.
