Nasa Militia Attacks Citizen TV Journalist, Kicks Him Out of Venue

Today, Raila Odinga is expected to give his 'big announcement'.
As expected, all media houses sent their reporters and OB vans for live coverage.
But Nasa members present were particularly angry with one journalist.. Francis Gachuri of Citizen.

Actually, they were angry with Citizen TV and the anger was directed at the staff. They wanted to destroy the Citizen OB van after throwing out Francis Gachuri.

Where did the beef start?
Well, on August 8th, the media was faulted for not having their own tallying centres and instead relying on IEBC numbers.
This time round, Citizen sent reporters to all constituency tallying centers, and in fact compiled their own independent figures.
Two days before IEBC told us the actual turnout, Citizen TV was already reporting that their own independent figures showed Uhuru with about 7.5 million votes.

This did not go down well with Nasa supporters, who have chosen to believe Raila's falsehood that only 3.5 million people voted.
Anyone giving them a different figure is an enemy and must be chased out of their press conferences.

And by the way, NTV also had their own independent tallying centre that confirmed IEBC's figure.

For the record, the owner of Citizen TV, SK Macharia, is a big and public supporter of Raila Odinga.

Raila knows nothing but violence, and no matter how many times he denies having a private militia/goons to enforce his directives, anyone with 2 eyes knows the truth.

Sorry for commenting first on my own thread, but I've forgotten to say something.

It is hypocritical and even laughable for Nasa to claim there was low turnout, yet they made sure anyone who wished to vote could not do so.
In their strongholds, they attacked known Jubilee supporters, including burning the rural home of one lawyer. They spread fear that whoever will be found voting will be harmed.
In Nyanza they went a step further to prevent training of IEBC officials, preventing distribution of IEBC material and threating IEBC staff. As a result, there was mass resignation of IEBC clerks and presiding officers.
They even welded the gates of schools that were to be used as polling stations.

Even the few Jubilee supporters refused to turn up for fear that they may be signing their death warrant.

And then they call a thousand press conferences to brag how low the turnout was.

I call upon Uhuru to deal with this Nasa/NRM militia ruthlessly.

In Nyanza, militia prevented polling stations to be opened, and anyone who may have wanted to vote was denied the right.

In Mombasa, refusing to vote was a personal and voluntary decision.
In Nyanza, Raila's militia made the choice for everyone.
