Responsibilities : Coordinate vehicle dispatch schedules, manage driver assignments, ensure timely delivery, and oversee vehicle maintenance.
Requirements: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in logistics or dispatch.
2. Transport Specialist (2)
Responsibilities : Oversee transportation operations, optimize routes, ensure compliance with regulations, and improve logistics efficiency.
Requirements: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of transport regulations, and experience in transport management.
3. Import and Export Specialist (3)
Responsibilities : Handle all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations. Previous experience in customs clearance, shipping documentation, and international trade is required.
4. HR Specialist (3) & Manager (1)
Responsibilities : Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Requirements: Strong communication and leadership skills, experience in HR management, and knowledge of HR best practices.
5. Finance Specialist
Responsibilities : Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, analyze financial data, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements: Strong numerical skills, experience in finance or accounting, and proficiency in financial software.
