Why are u questioning that Dallas is in NBA? They were on play offs last 5 season, they played bad only this season..

Blazers and OKC they are not focusing on Finals, perhaps they are both first round exit.

Boston playing for participation? They are challenging Cavs on the first seed and they have the best match up against them if they face each other on Eastern finals..
