Hapa mtu atapigwa kavukavu maana juzi tumeona DRC waki-commit oil import via Tanga with new oil storage facility huku tunajua expansion inaendelea while waiting for $3.5 bln EACOP from Hoima. Dar's +$400mln expansion is over 42% now while Mtwara port receives oil consignment now while undergoing expansion. BTW $30bln LNG project final decision is around the corner. This will be in Lindi.
