Government schools are perpetual underperformers, and this regime is now hiding this crucial fact.

If we are too ashamed to dissect why government schools are faring worse, then we are depriving ourselves of the policy tools we urgently need to address our education rot arising out of disparities?

If exam results are irrelevant, then why are we having exams in the first place?

Transparency is a golden key to reform our decaying public schools where the poor call sanctuary.

Classroom performance has very little to do with standard variance as raised by NECTA.

If they did, then why have a single national exam? NECTA is raising the storm but has no answers to the real issues.

Transparency rather than opacity leads to curative measures to those who are systematic disadvantaged by institutional injustices. Ultimately, it is the plight of the poor, which the Ministry of Education is attempting to buttress under the carpet. So, it is the indigent educational backwardness will not be given the attention it urgently requires.

We can not imagine transparency of exam results having zero public value!

If what NECTA is saying is true, then NECTA must be dissolved because it has lost its mandate.

What NECTA fails to grasp is the fact that it is there to standardize the quality of education at the national level despite a disparity of its access. However, if a national academic standard is immaterial, then why NECTA is needed in the first place?

Why spend a lot of money to upkeep NECTA if national standardisation is of no value?

As a rule of thumb, transparency in conduct of public service is not a matter fir bureaucrats to decide, but it is a matter of fundamental nature!

We need every year to know the top 10 performers and 10 basement underperformers if we are ever to assess


The minister for education must be ashamed of himself for concurring with NECTA that rewarding academic excellence through public acknowledgement is of no national value!

Tatizo ni kwamba hakuna shule ya serikali iliyoingia top 10 hata moja. Mnajua jinsi shule binafsi zilivyowaburuza, ndio maana mmetafuta kichaka cha kujificha.

BOT inapotangaza orodha ya bank zinazofanya vizuri mbona haionekani ni kuzifanyia marketing? TRA inapotangaza orodha ya kampuni bora zinazolipa kodi mbona haionekani ni kuzifanyia marketing? TAMISEMI inapotangaza orodha ya Halmashauri zinazofanya vizuri kwenye mapato, mbona haionekani ni kuzifanyia marketing?

Tafuteni kichaka kingine cha kujificha. Hiki kimebuma. Yani kwa miaka zaidi ya 50 mnatangaza orodha ya shule bora, hamuoni kama mnazifanyia marketing, leo ndo mmeshtuka? Kwahiyo na orodha ya wanafunzi bora kitaifa mmeacha kutoa kwa sababu mnaogopa mtawafanyia marketing? Vishohia nyie.

Njia bora ya kuzisaidia shule za serikali sio kuacha kutangaza top 10 kitaifa. Ni kuzijengea uwezo. Ajirini walimu. Wapo vijana wengi wenye sifa lakini wapo mtaani. Haiwezekani shule mwalimu mmoja anafundisha masomo 6 halafu unataka ishindane na shule za binafsi ambazo somo moja lina walimu watatu.

Boresheni maslahi ya walimu, wapeni vitendea kazi. Ongezeni nyenzo za kufundishia, halafu muone kama shule zenu hazitafanya vizuri.

Tatizo mnapenda kuvuna msipopanda. Mnataka shule isiyo na walimu iwe ya kwanza kitaifa. Shule isiyo na nyenzo wala vitabu itoe mwanafunzi bora. Matokeo yake mnazionea gere shule binafsi na kugoma kutangaza top 10 eti ni kuzifanyia marketing. Upuuzi mtupu.

Sikilizeni enyi wagalatia msio na akili. Kuogopa kutangaza shule bora kwa kigezo kwamba mtazifanyia marketing shule binafsi, ni uzwazwa. Dunia ya leo ni ya ushindani. Elimu nayo inahitaji ushindani. 2. Ukionaa shule ina div I nyingi na div II chache ujue walimu na wanafunzi kwa pamoja wanapambana sana ila nao wanatamani siku moja wapate matokeo kama ya majasusi wa Elimu.

3. Ukiona shule ina div I,II, na III ujue walimu na wanafunzi wanajitahidi kwa uwezo wao waliopewa na Mwenyezi Mungu ila nature imewakatalia..(Kiasili binadamu hatuwezi lingana kiuwezo hasa katika dhana ya kufikiria na matumizi ya ubongo ndio maana umeona madaraja hayo matatu yametokea)

4. Ukiona shule ina div I, II , III, IV na div 0 ujue hiyo shule haina wizi hata kidogo yaana kila mwanafunzi amebebwa na juhudi zake..( Mtu aliyesoma kwenye shule hizi anafaa sana kuajiriwa maana anafahamu binadamu Kwa asili yetu hatulingani kiuwezo )

Thieving CCM politicians angling to steal holy land!


CCM was born in 1977 but is attempting to overturn a tittle deed issued in 1912! Even if we crawl back to TANU, the birth date was 1954. It's totally bereft of locus standi on that piece of land but is determined to disown the Church of God.


We know the construction of a school is being parlayed to justify looting over 32 acres belonging to a church that senior CCM officials and bureaucrats can get a piece of land for free and sell it.

Nobody fears God these days. Even holy land is not spared as belly worshippers burnish their avarice.

Today, church land is stolen. Tomorrow, the same people come back to rig votes of the believers.

After securing their parochial gains, they come back to preach moral values such as respect for human rights, among others.

That the word of God may be fulfilled, which says they serve Me when it suits them and abandon Me when their interests are at stake!

Lengo la mitihani siyo malinganisho bali kupima mafanikio.


Kama ni malinganisho basi mitihani ifutwe. Hata darasa moja wanafunzi hawako sawa wanatofautiana vipaji, msukumo, msingi na matarajio.

Sasa kama tunakwepa tofauti hizo basi futa mitihani na hutaziona.

Hoja za serikali za kutuficha nafasi ya kila shule na kila mwanafunzi kwenye mitihani na kwa kila somo inalenga kuficha uozo wa shule za kata ambako matokeo ni mabaya sana!

Lakini kama wasemavyo waswahili "mficha uchi hazai " na ndivyo itaendelea kuwa kwa shule za kata kushika mkia.

Swali la kujiuliza kama hakuna ufumbuzi wa matokeo mabaya ya shule za kata kwa nini bado tunaendelea kutumia musuli mkubwa kuzijenga na huku hazina waalimu, maabara, kemikali zake, vitabu vya kufundishia?
 
Malipo yote ya serikali hufanyika kwa miamala yenye ankara za malipo (control number).

Ni kwa sheria ipi, BISWALO aliitumia kupokea fedha za umma kama yeye ni TRA, tena hard cash.


DPP akageuka kuwa cashier kinyume na sheria ya majukumu yake.


Mazingira ya namna hii ambapo sheria zinasiginwa zina harufu kali ya ufisadi.
