CCM IMEPOTEZA UWEZO WA KULINDA MALI ZA UMMA.

Hivi hizi Ripoti za CAG zina manufaa yoyote baada ya kuzitoa? Kila mwaka madudu ni yale yale kwa nn watu hawaachi? Ni mwaka gani ambao Ripoti imewahi kuwa na unafuu?

Deni la Taifa linaongezeka huku watu wakiwa wanajichotea mabilioni ya Umma. Nani aliwahi kufungwa kisa Ripoti ya CAG iliwahi kumuibua kama mwizi wa mali za umma?

Mramba na Yona waliiba mabilioni ya Shilingi wakaishia kupewa adhabu ya Kufagia… yaani mtu anaiba Mabilioni ya Shilingi halafu adhabu yake inakuwa ni atupushe? Nani ataogopa kuiba?

Makamu wa Rais ana Mpango wa Kupeleka watu Asia kujifunza waliendeleaje. Kuna nchi zina Sheria Kali kama Nchi za Asia kuhusu ubadhirifu na wizi wa Mali za Umma? Kwani ni mara ya kwanza wataalamu kwenda kujifunza nje? Ina maana Makamu wa Rais hajui kuwa hatuendelei kwa sababu gani?

Tafuta kashfa zote kubwa Nchini anzia Richmond, Meremeta, Kiwira, Escrow na nyinginezo ambazo watu walichota mabilioni ya Shilingi halafu nenda kwenye magereza yetu kawatafute kama wapo huko.

Magereza yamejaa vibaka wa kuku na Simu huku mtaani. Still taifa linakopa kila kukicha na tunataka tupeleke Timu ikajifunze nje ya nchi waliendeleaje. Tumewehukwa? Tunafikiri sawasawa kweli?

Someni Ripoti za CAG za miaka mitatu Nyuma kashfa zilizokuwepo halafu tafuteni maazimio ya Bunge halafu tafuteni wahusika wapo wapi. Ni mwendo wa Kulindana tu….

Huyu Biswalo Hana miaka miwili toka ateuliwe na Vetting akifanyiwa kuwa jaji… leo tunaambiwa ana kashfa kubwa kiasi hiki… unajiuliza vetting zetu zipo accurate kweli? Sio huyo tu wengi ambao wana mamlaka kubwa kubwa tu nchini hawana tofauti na huyu Biswalo sema wapo kwenye mfumo wa Sasa na Biswalo anatoswa kwa kuwa alikuwa kwenye mfumo uliopita.

Naamini hata Utawala huu ukitoka watakaokuja wataibua madudu makubwa zaidi ya haya kwa waliopo kwenye mfumo Huu.

Nani ataogopa kuiba kama adhabu ni kupisha mwingine aingie? Kwa nini tunaogopa kuwaweka hadharani wezi wa mali za Umma?

Kwa bahati mbaya Upinzani nao kwa sasa hauna cha kuongea wanakimbizana na Ruzuku walikuwa watu sahihi sana wa kuwaongoza wananchi kwenye kujadili haya madudu na wizi mkubwa unafanywa serikalini. Kwa bahati mbaya nao wanalamba asali…..

Kuna wananchi wanakula Mlo mmoja huko mtaani, Sukari, Mafuta, Unga havishikiki lakini kuna watu wanaishi Dunia yao hapa Nchini. Si mnakumbuka Pale BOT kuna watu walichoma Fedha kwa ulaghai ili waibe mabilioni ya Shilingi? Taarifa zipo kwenye ripoti lakini wahusika hawapo mahakamani wala Gerezani.

Ripoti inasema ujenzi wa SGR kuna maeneo taratibu hazikufuatwa za kushindanisha wazabuni… maeneo kama hayo yanayotumia matrilion ya Shilingi hushindanishi wazabuni tafsiri yake ni kugawiwa 10% ambazo ndio hizi zinazofanya Deni la Taifa linaongezeka mara Dufu. Waliofanya hivyo wapo madarakani tunaendelea kuwalipa Mishahara, Posho, na V8 tumemuwekea mafuta asubuhi hii. Watoto wao wanasoma Shule nzuri za mamilioni ya Shilingi, wakiumwa wanatibiwa hadi nje ya nchi, sisi tunakimbizana na Shule hazina madawati wala Chakula huku wengine wakitafuna mwarobaini na mizizi ya mitishamba kutibu magonjwa yanayotibika kabisa hospitalini…. Nani anajali vijana wanajadili nani zaidi kati ya Mayele na Baleke…

Nani anajali? Kuna kiongozi mmoja Kenya aliwahi kusema kuwaongoza watanzania ni kazi rahisi sana kwa kuwa ni sawa na kuongoza Maiti.

Wapiga dili wanajua fika hii ripoti itaacha kujadiliwa ndani ya wiki mbili, wanatafuta tu story ya kutupumbaza tusahau. Bunge letu nalo tena hili la CCM watupu hakuna kitu cha maana kinaweza kutoka kwao…. Kwa sasa wanaweka maazimio kwanza ya kupongezana huku wakilipwa mamilioni ya Shilingi…. 2025 watakuja na Tshirt kutulaghai…. Ujinga mtupu.

Mabilioni yanayotajwa kwenye Ripoti ya CAG yanatisha…. Asubuhi hii kuna watu kibao wanaumwa wanashindwa kwenye Hospitali hawana fedha, kuna mtumishi wa Umma anaenda kukopa mahali kesho awabadilishie familia mlo siku ya Sikukuu wakati huo huo kuna watu wana account hadi China wengine Dubai wamehifadhi Mabilioni ya Shilingi.

Wananchi wamerundikiwa Tozo kwenye karibia kila huduma, tozo hizi zingeweza kuondolewa kama tutafanikiwa angalau kuzuia ubadhirifu huu kwa asilimi 10 tu.

Watanzania wote milioni 61 wanashangaa ripoti ya CAG. Moja ya kipimo cha kugundua serikali iliyopo madarakani imepoteza uwezo ni kushindwa kusimamia Mali za Umma. Kipimo hiki kinatosha kabisa kuiadhibu CCM na Serikali yake.

Hakuna Sababu ya CAG kuendelea kutumia mabilioni ya Shilingi kufanya uchunguzi. Hii ni kwa sababu Ofisi ya CAG inaendelea kupoteza fedha za Watanzania bila sababu.
