New administration under Samia Suluhu gives hope after 5 years of hopelessness

A word of the day

The speech of Madam president today has given new hope of abiding to the rule of law and good governance which activists were clamouring for years.

We are beginning to see commitment to the rule of law and good governance after the rights of whistle blower will be restored. No more incitement to be used to clamp down freedom of speech and expression.

Without freedom of speech and expression the fight against official graft is lost even before it started because in opaque graft thrive unimpeded.

We are planning to follow closely the challenges and achievements of this new administration without biasness in the next four years or so.

As usual we will attempt to focus in the rule of law and good governance.
Who will come after Samia?
Tossing the coin.
Our constitution is the main problem

Who will come after Samia?
Tossing the coin.
Our constitution is the main problem
Our constitution not a problem at all the real problem is power greed. No matter how great the constitution is still it is how it is perceived and implemented...those clamouring for a new constitutional order fails to understand that the current constitution permits demos, political gathering, free and fair elections but power greed is blinding those in positions of authority to disabuse it.

Samia will reign up to 2030 that is a fact, and after 2030 we expect a rebellion within CCM because things will be so bad that whoever takes over from her must first reject everything she stands for to be popular and accepted..

But her deputy will NEVER become our president you can take that as a guarantee [emoji817]

The Politics of 2030 will find the incumbents extremely unpopular because they did not fix the rot but sustained it..

A claim of development first and politics later both Nyerere and Shujaa wa Chato tried but yielded grave consequences. We have been there and nothing new....

A special spiritual letter to Tundu Lissu.

Tundu Lissu, I greet you in the name of My Lord Christ Jesus [emoji120]. He has sent me to advise you as follows:-

If you fear men know fully well the fear of God is not in your eyes but if you fear not men it is because you fear God.

Trust God in all your ways and lean not in your own understanding and He will direct your paths.

God says as much as I exalted you before My people when gunmen sought for your life and I had shielded you with My outstretched right hand but now you have defiled My enduring mercies when you begged your president to guarantee your safety instead of depending on Me for it. Your president has no power to guarantee you anything because he is not Your Maker, and I Am....says Your God.

Because you trusted men more than Your God when you begged your president to guarantee your safety therefore unless you repent in public My wrath is upon you. My glory I shall never give to another and I am the jealous God who tolerates no rival at any time...by trusting your president for your safety instead of Me you have glorified your president more than Your God and that is not a small matter in My eyesight..it is an abomination.

Because you glorified men more than Your God when you trusted them for your safety then you must repudiate that trust in public or My shield [emoji1017] will depart from you...Am I not the Fountain of living waters?

Repent or else...you are on your own. Just remember if God delivered you from three scattergun targeting to end your life how much more will Your God spare your life if you wholeheartedly trust him to preserve not only your life but your posterity as well.

A proposal to change the political parties act by inserting conditionalities to access government subsidy

5) During elections, all political parties will propose an election calendar to the regisrrar of political parties and once approved it is binding to all parties and will be handed over to the Elections Commission for strict adherence.

6) The formula of apportionment of political parties subsidy for each political party per annum will be based on a weighted average of total presidential and parliamentary votes garnered as percentage of votes cast in those two elections.

7) Regardless of amalgamation of political parties before elections the distribution of subsidy will go according to the votes each political party garnered as stated in paragraph 6 and it is up to affected political parties to draw up Memorandum of Understanding on how each political party will be compensated from any loss incurred as a result of joining pre elections deals with other political parties.
