GEITA. The Vice-Chairman of the main opposition political party - CHADEMA Mr Tundu Lissu has stated that the value of all the gold mined and sold abroad in the fiscal year 2021/22 was 3.6 billion US Dollars, equivalent to 8.6 trillion Tanzanian Shillings, but the country only earned 85.6 million US Dollars in tax revenue, which equals 1.732 billion Tanzanian Shillings.

"If I am not mistaken, the revenue that the government received is only 0.86 percent of all the money investors took out from our minerals," Mr Lissu said while addressing a public meeting in Geita on Monday, August 7, 2023.

He added, "Here in Geita, where gold worth 1 billion US Dollars, equivalent to 210 billion Tanzanian Shillings, is mined annually, the Municipality received only 700,000 US Dollars in revenue, equivalent to 1.732 billion Tanzanian Shillings. Means the revenue that Geita authorities received is more than zero percent of what the investor collected."

The outspoken opposition leader also mentioned that flawed investment agreements in the mining sector made by the government have led to a shortage of foreign exchange reserves, causing the country to struggle with importing petrol and diesel, which in turn has led to rising fuel prices and cost of living.

"Today here in Geita, I bought one liter of petrol for 3,280 Tanzanian Shillings. The Minister of Energy and Minerals, January Makamba, said fuel prices increased because our country doesn't have enough US dollars. So, let's ask ourselves, where have the dollars gone when we have gold mines that should be bringing in significant foreign income," Lissu questioned.

Adding, "Today the country lacks sufficient US dollars to import fuel, because of these reckless mining agreements entered into headlong by CCM governments starting from the late President Benjamin Mkapa's era."

To be honest, I do not think I can be fair to JPM because he was a childhood friend, and we were alumni and JKT cadets. Tough to play impartial with childhood buddy, so to speak.

The former made it abundantly clear he cares less about human rights, democracy and the rule of law as a result there was an illegal gag on almost everything.

This regime is hypocritical! And we mince no words for this damning indictment.

On one hand promises sanity but has not changed anything seems to pursue the same policies of wealth transfer to aliens in the name of foreign investment.

So, they look like birds of a feather playing the same old tune of mistrusting citizens while greenlighting economic mercenaries. Both will never hold free and fair elections.

We judge free and fair elections when the nec selection committee is not appointed by the president or by presidential proxies, and the NEC is divorced from local governments in management of our elections.

Also the application of latest technologies in transmission of polling Station forms after elections into the nec portal which is open to public scrutiny.

These are minimum thresholds of a free and fair elections which could have assuaged the clamour and the rhetoric stoking free and fair elections [emoji848]

Mali Cancels All Colonial Agreements With France.

After independence, 14 French-speaking countries signed 11 agreements with France which are as follows :

AGREEMENT n⁰1:

THE COLONIAL DEBT TO REPAY THE BENEFITS OF COLONIZATION.

That is to say that the newly independent states must reimburse the cost of the infrastructures built by France during the colonization.
We are always looking for the details of the costs, the evaluation of the benefits and the payment conditions imposed by France on African countries.

AGREEMENT N⁰ 2 :

THE AUTOMATIC CONFISCATION OF NATIONAL FINANCIAL RESERVES.

That is to say that African countries must deposit their financial reserves with the Banque de France. Thus, France has been “guarding” the financial reserves of fourteen African countries since 1961: Benin, Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon.

Thus, the governance of monetary policies remains asynchronous and incomplete due to the fact that it is managed directly by the French government, without any link with the financial authorities of countries such as ECOWAS or CEMAC.

Thus, due to the conditions that bind the banks of the 14 countries of the CFA economic and financial zones, they are obliged to keep 65% of their foreign exchange reserves in an operations account maintained by the French Treasury, as well as an additional 20% in order to cover “financial risks”.

In addition, the banks of the CFA zones impose a credit limit on each member country, equivalent to 20% of state revenues in the current budget year, although the BEAC or the BCEAO have higher withdrawal possibilities from the French Treasury. These withdrawals must first be the subject of the agreement of the French Treasury.
The final decision, therefore, rests with the French Treasury, which has itself invested the reserves of African countries on the Paris stock exchange.

In other words, 85% of African financial reserves are deposited in an operation account controlled by the French administration.

The two banks in the CFA zone are African by their names but do not decide any of the monetary policies by themselves.
The worst thing is that the countries themselves do not even know how much of their financial reserves are due to them.

AGREEMENT n⁰3 :

THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL ON ANY RAW OR NATURAL RESOURCE DISCOVERED IN THE COUNTRY.

That is to say that France has the first right to purchase the natural resources of the land of its former colonies. It is only after France has said: “I am not interested”, that African countries are allowed to look for other partners.

AGREEMENT n⁰4 :

PRIORITY TO FRENCH INTERESTS AND COMPANIES IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND PUBLIC TENDERS.

In the awarding of public contracts, French companies have priority over tenders. Even if African countries can get better value for money elsewhere.

As a result, in most of the former French colonies, all the economic levers of the countries are in the hands of French expatriates. In Côte d’Ivoire, for example, French companies own and control all major public services including water, electricity, telephone, air transport, ports and major banks. It is the same in trade, construction and agriculture.

AGREEMENT n⁰5 :

EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PROVIDE MILITARY EQUIPMENT AND TRAIN MILITARY OFFICERS OF THE COLONIES.

Thanks to a sophisticated system of scholarships, grants, and the “defense agreements” attached to the colonial pact, Africans must send their senior officers for training in France and are obliged to provide themselves with military equipment with France.

AGREEMENT n⁰6 :

THE RIGHT FOR FRANCE TO DEPLOY TROOPS AND INTERVENE MILITARILY IN THE COUNTRY TO DEFEND ITS INTERESTS.

Under the so-called “defence agreements” attached to the colonial pact, France has the right to intervene militarily in African countries, and also to permanently station troops in military bases and installations, entirely managed by the French.

AGREEMENT n⁰7 :

THE OBLIGATION TO MAKE FRENCH THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF THE COUNTRY AND THE LANGUAGE FOR EDUCATION.

An organization for the French language and the dissemination of French culture has even been created. It is called the “Francophonie” and has several satellite organizations. These organizations are affiliated to and controlled by the French Minister of Foreign Affairs.

AGREEMENT n⁰8 :

THE OBLIGATION TO USE THE CFA FRANC (FRANC OF THE FRENCH COLONIES IN AFRICA).*

Although this system is not shared by the European Union, the French colonies are forced to use the FCFA exclusively.

AGREEMENT n⁰9 :

THE OBLIGATION TO SEND TO FRANCE, AN ANNUAL BALANCE SHEET AND A REPORT ON THE STATE OF RESERVES. NO REPORT, NO MONEY.

That is to say that the director of the central banks of the former colonies presents the said report at the annual meetings of the Ministers of Finance on the former colonies. This report is then compiled by the Banque de France and the French Treasury.

AGREEMENT n⁰10 :

RENOUNCE ANY MILITARY ALLIANCE WITH OTHER COUNTRIES, UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY FRANCE.

Most of these countries only have military alliances with their ex-colonizers simply because France forbade them any other military alliance.

AGREEMENT n⁰11 :

THE OBLIGATION TO ALLY WITH FRANCE IN THE EVENT OF WAR OR A GLOBAL CRISIS.

More than a million African soldiers fought for the defeat of Nazism and fascism during the Second World War. Now that France is militarily linked to the European Union, NATO and the United States, Africa will de facto be committed to the side of France in the event of the 3rd World War.

Dear fellow Africans, eleven (11) agreements are still in force between France and the 14 countries of the CFA zone, and no French media or their so-called African specialists will ever talk about these sinister agreements that have been imposed on the African countries of the CFA zone.

Dear compatriots, that is why we do not stop denouncing this colonization which has now been practiced since 1960, by interposed persons, that is to say by leaders of their choices whom they support and whom they protect by imposing dictatorship on them in front of their own peoples.

What interests us today among these eleven agreements is the tenth (n⁰ 10) which says that the 14 countries of the CFA zone through the agreement, are not authorized to have a military alliance with other countries and are also not authorized to buy military equipment in another European country without the authorization of France,
that is why Mali has been blocked until today. But the situation has been unblocked, Mali can now freely cooperate with all the planet’s countries without asking France for permission.

Mahakama Kuu nchini Tanzania hii leo imetupilia mbali kesi iliyokuwa inapinga mkataba (IGA) wa uwekezaji wa bandari baina ya serikali ya Tanzania na falme ya Dubai.
Kesi hiyo iliyofunguliwa katika mahakama kuu kanda ya Mbeya na walalamikaji wanne ambao walidai mkataba huo unaenda kinyume na matakwa ya Katiba.
Akisoma Hukumu hiyo Jaji Dastan Ndunguru amesema baada ya jopo la majaji wa tatu kusikiliza pande zote mbili mahakama imeamua kuwa hoja zote sita hazina mashiko hivyo kuamua kuwa Mkataba wa IGA hauna dosari za kufanya usitekelezwe.
 
Kwanini uamuzi wa Mahakama Kuu Mbeya umekiuka katiba yetu na Geneva & Lome Conventions.

Wadau kwa vile hampendi sana udadavuaji unaenda ndani sana basi tutawakilisha hoja zetu kiujumla tu.

Baada ya kuutafakarinkwa ndani uamuzi wa kimahakama kuhusiana na azimio la kibunge liloridhia uwekezaji wa DP WORLD tungependa kuainisha uamuzi wa Mahakama kuu Mbeya haukujibu khoja za walalamikaji.

Aidha kwa ujanja ujanja walizipiga chenga na kuhalalisha sheria za nchi zetu kukiukwa hususani katiba yetu, sheria zake na yaliyomo na mantiki zake za matakwa ya mikataba ya kimataifa.

Kwanza, Mahakama Kuu Mbeya imebeza na kudhihaki matakwa ya kikatiba ya misingi ya uwazi, haki na ushindani ambayo imewekwa na kishinikizwa na sheria za manunuzi, makampuni, maliasili na haki za kusikilizwa.

Uamuzi unasema sheria zetu hazitumiki katika mikataba ya kimataifa bila kutoa majibu sahihi kama pamoja ma mkataba husika siyo mkataba wa kimataifa kama tutakavyofafanua baadaye.

Uamuzi kughairi kutoa majibu kama ni sahihi kwa Kampuni binafsi kama Dubai kuwa sehemu ya mkataba wa kimataifa chini ya Geneva na Lome Conventions. Hakuna mahali popote pale

Pili, katika hali ya kusikitisha uamuzi umetathmini katiba ya Falme za Kiarabu ili kuamua kama Dubai inaweza kuingia mikataba sahihi wakati utaratibu sahihi wa kisheria ni kutathmini kama Dubai ina sifa zilizoanishwa na sheria za kimataifa ina wasifu wa kuingia mikataba ya kimataifa na hivyo kuwa na sifa ya kunufaika na haki zilizobainishwa kwenye mikataba hiyo.

Tatu, uamuzi ulizisigina sheria za manunuzi kuwa hazitumiki kwenye mikataba ya kimataifa lakini ilipokuja sheria za maliasili waliona zinahusika na kuzichambua. Maamuzi ya kimahakama yanapaswa yawe yanazingatia kanuni moja hayawezi yakawa yana migongano kama tuliyoiona hapo. Aidha sheria zote zinahusika kwenye mikataba ya kimataifa au hazihusiki haiwezekani sheria zetu zikawa zinahusika nusunusu.

Nne, hii hoja ni mwendelezo wa khoja ya tatu hapo juu. Katika kuihalalisha kampuni ya Dubai kuwa sehemu ya mkataba mahakama kuu Mbeya ilibidi iitengue sheria ya manunuzi ambayo imeweka bayana upatikanaji wa huduma na bidhaa kwa matumizi ya serikali kuhakikisha misingi iliyomo kwenye katiba ya usawa, uwazi, ushindani na uwajibikaji izingatiwe. Mahakama Kuu Mbeya kwa kuibeza sheria ya manunuzi ambayo imepitishwa na Bunge ili kuhakikisha Katiba yetu inazingatiwa inaufanya uamuzi wake kukiuka katiba yetu ambayo wanapaswa kuilinda kulingana ma sheria zetu.

Tano, uamuzi uiikana sheria ya mikataba na kudai haihusiki wakati wanakiri mikataba midogo midogo inayojulikana kama HGAs itahusika. Sheria ya mikataba yetu inabatilisha Dubai kuingia aina yoyote ya mikataba lakini kama tulivyoona kwenye sheria ya manunuzi pale sheria zetu zikikataza Mahakama Kuu Mbeya ilizifuta na kusema hazihusiki.

Sita, uamuzi ulitengua kanuni za haki ya kisikilizwa ambazo zinakataza kuhisia maamuzi ambayo hayajafanyika lakini uamuzi huu ulidiriki kudai mapungufu ya ushirikishwaji wa wananchi yasingetengua azimio la kibunge. Hizi ni hisia ya kimahakama na hakuna mahali popote kwenye uamuzi wao ambapo walitoa ushahidi wao kuthibitisha maoni yao kuwa utaratibu wa kusikilizwa usingebadili.misimamo ya bunge juu ya azimio lao.

Saba, uamuzi ulijikita mno kwenye maamuzi ambayo yanahalalisha bunge kutowajibika kwa wananchi wake na maamuzi waliyoyatumia ni hasa ya India, Uingereza na Afrika ya Kusini bila ya kufanya jitihada yoyote ya kuona kama katiba zao zina Ibara za uwajibikaji wa bunge kwa wananchi kama zetu. Mfano uingereza wanazo sheria zinazohitaji kura ya maoni kama kujitoa EU na yapo maamuzi kwenye hilp sisi hatuna sheria ya maoni kama hiyo, India ni nchi inayoendeshwa na majimbo na kuongezwa ushirikishwaji kinyume ma sheria zetu. Pia Afrika ya Kusini ni kama India. Hivyo, haikuwa sahihi kwa Mahakama Kuu Mbeya kudabua maamuzi ya mahakama ya nchi tajwa nila ya kujihakikishia mazingira yao kweli kiuhalisia yanashabihiana na ya kwetu

Nane, uamuzi haukufanyia kazi misingi ya haki, utu, ushirikishwaji, ushindani, uwazi, uwajibikaji na usawa iliyomo kwenye makubaliano ya Kimataifa ya Geneva na Lome.na ulichukulia kijuujuu tu kuwa ilifuatwa jambo lilichangia sana kupindisha haki.

TUONAVYO.

Uamuzi huu umeonyesha mahakama zetu haziko huru maamuzi yake kila wakati hupendelea serikali.

Haya ni matatizo ya kimfumo ambao umehakikisha unayemshtaki kwa kukiuka haki zako ndiye anateua majaji kwa vigezo ambavyo jamii haivijui na huchagua ni majaji wapi wasikilize shauri lako kupitia Jaji Mkuu ambaye jamii hata haijui alipatikanaje.

Matokeo yake pamoja na katiba kuwapa raia haki za kuwajibisha serikali yao lakini katiba hiyo hiyo imewapa watawala mamlaka ya kufanya watakavyo

Mahakama ilipaswa ichunguze kama Dubai na DP WORLD ni wanachama wa Geneva na Lome Conventions ili waweze kunufaika na nafuu za mikataba ya kimataifa. Vinginevyo sheria zetu zilipaswa kutumika kubatilisha mkataba na azimio la kibunge liloridhia uwekezaji wa DP WORLD.



Inapokuja DP WORLD kukidhi mahitaji ya kisheria ya kuingia mkataba kwa sheria zetu wanasema sheria za mikataba haziwahusu bali zitawahusu baadaye. What kind of nonsense is this? Aidha kama haiwahusu sasa basi hata baadaye haitawahusu au kinyume chake.

Ukiona mahakama inaikana katiba yetu na sheria zake kuwa hazihusiki na usimamizi wa mali za umma bali ni makubaliano ya mezani kati ya watawala wa pande mbili za mkataba ujue hatuna mahakama bali tuna viwavi jeshi.

Huwezi kuamua za manunuzi na mikataba haziwahusu lakini za maliasili zinawahusu bila kuanisha hiyo migongano inahalalishwa na sheria zipi au maamuzi yapi ya kisheriabunge.

Ukiona mahakama inatumia kitabu (porojo) cha kada nguli wa chama tawala Pius Msekwa kubatilisha ibara ya 8 ya katiba inayosema mamlaka zote zinatoka kwa wananchi wa JMT basi ujue idara ya mahakama sasa ni dawati la dhuluma la chama tawala.

Ukiona Rais anamwongezea muda usiyo ma kikomo Jaji Mkuu ili ateue majaji wanaoegemea watawala ujue lazima ukiri kutoka sakafu ya moyo wako idara ya mahakama ni dawati la dhuluma la chama tawala.

Huu sasa ndiyo upotoshaji. Mahakama kuu Mbeya imekataa mapingamizi yote dhidi ya uwekezaji wa DP WORLD isipokuwa eneo la muda wa masaa 24 ya bunge kupokea maoni ya wananchi ambao waliona hautoshi.

Lakini Mahakama iliona muda ni suala la kanuni za bunge (Standing Orders) ambazo mahakama haina uwezo wa kuwaingilia.

Mgogoro wote Mahakama Kuu iliutupilia mbali hivyo huyu mwandishi aidha hajui kusoma uamuzi au hata hajausoma au kwa sababu anazozijua yeye kaamua kupotosha tu.

Maamuzi ya Mahakama Kuu kuhusu Bandari!

Mahakama Kuu Mbeya chini ya Majaji watatu imetoa maamuzi yake kwenye kesi iliyofunguliwa na Wazalendo dhidi ya Serikali kuhusu Mkataba wa Bandari kati ya Serikali ya Tanzania na Serikali ya Dubai.

Kwenye maamuzi hayo yenye kurasa 91, pamoja na mambo mengine Mahakama imekubaliana na madai kwamba IGA (InterGovernmental Agreements) iliyosainiwa haikuwa Makubaliano bali ni Mkataba.

Mahakama Kuu imekubaliana na madai kwamba Mkataba huo ulikuwa na mapungufu na kuitaka Serikali kuyafanyia marekebisho.

Baadhi ya mapungufu hayo ni pamoja na kwamba Dubai haina Mamlaka ya kuitwa Dola, hivyo haikupaswa kuingia ule mkataba na Serikali ya Tanzania.

Pia Mahakama kuu imebaini kuwa Mkataba ule wa IGA umekiuka sheria za uhifadhi wa raslimali za Taifa.

Mahakama Kuu imekubaliana na madai kwamba wananchi walipewa muda mfupi sana wa kutoa maoni yao kabla ya mjadala Bungeni ambapo ni wananchi wachache sana walitoa maoni yao, lakini Mahakama kuu imeshindwa kupata uthibitisho wa iwapo muda ungeongezwa kama idadi nayo ingeongezeka.

Katika maelezo ya Mahakama Kuu, japo imeainisha hayo mapungufu lakini imeamua kutokutoa maamuzi ya kuufuta Mkataba huo kwasababu ya kukwepa kuingilia maamuzi ya mhimili wa Dola yaani Bunge kwakuwa IGA ilipita Bungeni na kujadiliwa na kupitishwa.

Katika hili, naona Mahakama Kuu imechukua taarifa ya Spika Mstaafu Pius Msekwa ya kwamba Bunge ni sovereignty wakati kiurahisi Bunge ni Supremacy.
Taarifa ya Jaji Mkuu Mstaafu Barnabas Samatta ilieleza panapotokea jambo la Kitaifa ambapo mhimili wowote umelalamikiwa, mwenye jukumu la kutafsiri na kutoa maamuzi ni Mahakama.

Nilitegemea maamuzi yafuate zaidi taarifa ya Jaji Mkuu ambaye ni mwanasheria jaji aliyefikia kuwa Jaji Mkuu, lakini labda kuna maelezo zaidi ambayo siyafahamu.
Nimeona Taarifa ya vyombo vya Habari vikitoa taarifa ya Mahakama Kuu kutupilia mbali madai na wengine kusema Mahakama Kuu yabariki mkataba, hii sio tu inapunguza uelewa wa vyombo vya Habari kwenye uwasilishaji wa taarifa nyeti zenye maslahi ya Taifa kwa umma, lakini inapotosha zaidi tafsiri ya Mahakama kwa kuacha kutoa taarifa kamili ya kilichoamuliwa na hitimisho la jumla.
Kwa kifupi "Mahakama Kuu imekubaliana na madai ya msingi ila imesita kuzuia kwa hofu ya kuingilia maamuzi ya mhimili mwingine na hivyo kuishauri Serikali kufanyia marekebisho mapungufu kwenye mkataba."

Hivi karibuni Viongozi Serikalini wamekuwa wakizunguka nchini pamoja na Viongozi wa chama tawala kueleza kilichosainiwa ni Makubaliano na sio mkataba na wananchi wamekaririshwa hivyo, Mahakama kuu imesema ule ni Mkataba na sio Makubaliano, hii maana yake ni hata Viongozi waliosaini hawajui wamesaini nini na Wabunge hawajui wamejadili na kupitisha nini?!
Wanatumia Kodi zetu kutukaririsha vitu ambavyo hata wao hawavijui!

Mawakili wa madai baada ya maamuzi ya Mahakama Kuu walitoa kauli ya kuitisha Maandamano ya amani kupeleka madai yao Serikalini ili ichukue hatua stahili kwenye mkataba huo wenye mapungufu. Katika maoni ya wananchi kila mmoja alikuwa na maoni yake ikiwamo wengine kukosoa maamuzi ya Mahakama Kuu na wengine kukubaliana nayo na kupongeza na hata wengine kukejeli waliokwenda Mahakamani, kila mmoja na mtazamo wake na ndio Demokrasia na Uhuru wa kuongea na kusikia.

Leo nimemsikia IGP akitoa onyo kali kwa wale waliotisha maandamano kuwataka waache mara moja kwani yanalengo la kuipundua Serikali iliyopo madarakani na hivyo ni kosa la uhaini.
Nafikiri IGP atakuwa amepanic sana kwani ameongea kwa hisia kubwa sana na hivyo kusababisha taharuki kwa umma kuwa kuna njama za Mapinduzi!
Kuandamana ni Haki ya Mwananchi kufikisha malalamiko yake na kinachofanyika ni kutoa taarifa Police kwa OCD kuonyesha muda wa maandamano na njia itakazopitia, kisha Police kutoa ulinzi kuhakikisha yanakuwa ya amani na hakuna madhara yoyote na ni jukumu la waandamanaji kuhakikisha maandamano yao yanakuwa ya amani.
Mheshimiwa Rais ametoa ruhusa ya mjadala kuhusu Mkataba wa Bandari na kuwataka watendaji Serikalini kuyasikia mawazo ya wanahitaji na kuyafanyia kazi. Maandamano ni moja ya kufikisha ujumbe.

Sioni Mapinduzi yoyote Tanzania ya kumuondoa Rais kupitia maandamano kwani hata aliyetoa taarifa ya maandamano sijamsikia akisema hilo, bali mmoja wa wananchi ndiye alitoa maoni yake ya kutokuwa na imani na Rais kama walivyoeleza wengine lakini aliyeitisha hakusema hilo la Mapinduzi na silioni kutokea, hivyo Mheshimiwa Rais na wananchi tuwe na amani tu, kwani hizo ni hisia tu za IGP.
Waandamanaji wanaweza kudai Mabadiliko Serikalini ambapo ni wajibu wa Rais kubadilisha Baraza la Mawaziri kwa ushauri potofu waliompatia kwenye huo Mkataba, hiyo sio Mapinduzi, bali ni kumsaidia Mheshimiwa Rais kuliwajibisha Baraza lake na wasaidizi wake.

Nilitegemea Waliotisha maandamano watoe taarifa kwa OCD na kupokea majibu ya ruhusa au kuzuiliwa na sio kauli hiyo kali sana ya Mkuu wa Police. Sijawahi kumsikia IGP akiongea hivyo, ndio mara ya kwanza, nafikiri akitulia atagundua hakukuwa na nia yoyote ya Mapinduzi!

Tunatakiwa tutofautishe kauli za kisiasa na kitaalam. Mkataba wa Bandari ni wa kitaalam na usichukulie kishabiki na hisia.
Inaelewekea umuhimu wa uwekaji na uboreshaji wa Bandari katika ufanisi wake, hilo halina ubishi kwa yeyote niliyemsikia, ila mjadala unatofautiana kwenye Mkataba ambapo unamapungufu kwa maslahi ya Taifa na Mahakama imeliona hilo. Tusichanganye uwekezaji na mkataba. Madai yaliyopo ni ya Mkataba na sio nia ya uwekezaji.

Taarifa zilizotufikia hivi punde ni kuwa wakili msomi Boniface Kanjunjule Mwabukusi amekamatwa na Jeshi la Polisi kule Mikumi, Morogoro akiwa pamoja na Katibu wa Kanda wa CHADEMA, Emmanuel Masonga na Mdude Nyagali.

Inadaiwa kuwa walikuwa safarini kuelekea Dar es Salaam. Kwa mujibu wa Katibu Mkuu wa CHADEMA, John Mnyika, watu waliojitambulisha kuwa ni Askari ndio wamewakamata pasipo kutaja kosa lao na wapi wanapelekwa zaidi ya kuambiwa ni Maelekezo kutoka Juu. Pia, vifaa vyao vya mawasiliano (Simu za mkononi) vimechukuliwa.

Mama Samia achana na cheap popularity haitakusaidia lolote unatakiwa usiwe muongeaji sana maana naona unaanza kutoboa matundu ya hela wakati huo ukiwa umewekwa kwenye mtego mgumu na mzito sana wa ilani yenye kurasa 300 ya kutekeleza miradi yote iliyoko kwenye ilani.

Yaani kumbuka sasa hivi hauko kwenye meli mpya uko kwenye meli ileile sema tu imepata mawimbi katikati ya safari.

Mama nimekushangaa sana unaposema kuna miradi mingine iko kwenye makaratasi wakati wewe na Hayati Magufuli ndio mliotembea nchi nzima kuinadi kwa hiyo tunataka ahadi zilizoko kwenye ilani ya Chama cha Mapinduzi.

Tofauti na hapo hatutakuelewa tutanyima kura 2025 kama ukitaka kuomba ridhaa ya kugombea tena.

Jitahidi sana kwenye suala la kodi usiwalaumu tu TRA waonye hata wafanyabiashara pia maana ni wakorofi.
