Mazoezi muhimu sana.
Huwa nashangaa kwanini watu wanapata uvivu kufanya mazoezi.
Mazoezi inatakiwa iwe lifestyle. Yani unakuwa addicted vile
Binafsi nakimbia 21kms (that's half Marathon) every Saturday.
Pia nimewahi shiriki Ngorongoro Marathon. And yes I finished the 42kms....my body size is small but I'm tough as nail.
Nimeona hapo huendi gym. Ni vizuri pia.
Binafsi I don't lift weight. Mwili wangu unanitosha.
Nikiwa home jioni (most of weekdays)nafanya sana cardio workout. Torso circles, squat + push, ventral jacks na mazoezi mengine ya viungo.
Pia nafanya kick boxing workout.
Pumzi yangu ipo juu sana sometimes nadhani sichoki. Labda kwasababu nimeanza kipindi kirefu.
Hongera mkuu Rrondo. Nimeandika yote hayo labda inaweza ikawa inspiration kwa baadhi ya watu. Mazoezi muhimu sana.
Kwa ladies wa JF kama mnataka glowing skin basi mazoezi ndiyo jibu.
