3) develop rough business model to project how you sell and make profit on that idea
4) build an MVP prototype
5) test the prototype on sample audience and collect user feedback (do not mass produce)
6) refine, test and improve MVP features based on user feedback
7) scale up production based on demands
8)seek funding (business plan, partner based on equity, investors, etc)
9) continue improving and widen your customer base
