I would advice you 3 things.
1. Ignore negativity of any sorts, as a Human being you may not have every attribute that perfects you , but whichever that you have been blessed with take it as your strength and be god at it. I have said that, as i have seen people discouraging your language English ability.Take the advice of those who say you should take English courses but ignore those who thinks you wont succeed with poor English. As it stands you have already succeeded well enough, you did not stop at primary, you did not stop at secondary, you did not stop at high school, keep pushing, you will get there.
2.From my experience, most jobs that will be available to you at the moments, will certainly require very little of what you have learned in university. Most of the Jobs will be repetitive, boring and will require on site training of no more than 6 months, after that, you will be doing chores day in day out. Hence, working for whatever number of years to get experience is irrelevant of what you will do at Masters level, in fact in most countries, people expect you to have at least a Masters degree to work independently. This is key for the modern world.
3.Here is what i would do,there are two ways, first, in the past 3-4 years, you must have enjoyed a few courses/modules. Go back and talk to a teacher who taught you those modules, ask them about what's the latest development in that area(research),learn a bit from them, see if you can indulge yourself in that direction in a deeper and meaningful way. Second, talk to people you know, who somehow inspired you in what they do,see their take on the direction to take. (Avoid strangers, most of them are useless).
4. Use search Engines, like Google,Yahoo, Bing, Key in random questions about your curiosity, you will find many people who had similar questions to yours at a certain point, you will find stupid answers and useful answers. Be sure to survey universities, that teachers Arts programs, read their online prospectus, many go a long way to explaining what the courses are about and what students should expect to learn from that course. Some Foreign universities have emails where you could ask direct questions to program directors.
5. Never shy away from asking questions, only fools think they know everything, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking. For those who question your inability to pick Masters Degree, worry not about them, i can assure you, it's not a strange thing, even PhD's fail to decide which PostDoc route to take, I have met countless MSc students who are torn on what PhD program to take. Be hungry, learn, ask questions. You will be fine.
Cheers!
