5. kula matunda na mboga za majani kwa wingi kuliko vyakula vya starch e.g wali, ugali mweupe, chapati, tambi etc.
6. mafuta ya kupikia tumia "olive oil" tu - ni expensive ila ndiyo yanafaa
7. usile sukari kabisa
8. usinywe soda aina yoyote - labda soda waters tu
9. tumia juice (fresh isiyoongezwa sukari)
10. kunywa maji ya kutosha
After two weeks - utapendeza, ngozi laini, mafuta yameyeyuka yote.
