No more dairy products from Kenya in Tanzania

There are so many juveniles from Tanzania commenting here. Tanzanians buy gas, repackage it but because its market is poor they want to sell it to Kenya. Nothing wrong with that but if Kenya insists it has to pass through Mombasa it becomes an issue. Why does Tanzania want to dictate to Kenya where to do its testing and quality assurance?
Tanzania is a wheat deficit country but they want to import wheat and sell to Kenyans even if it doesn't qualify for duty free sale in Kenya. You want to sell to Kenya then pay duty like a Kenyan importer is forced to do. The Kenyan government does not exist to give preferences to Tanzanian traders and overlook the interest of its own. It doesn't matter who becomes President but that is not gonna change. Ban KQ, KCb or whatever but trade within your countries or follow fairness and regulations when you need to exploit opportunities from neighbors. You can bring photos of Kibera, prostitutes, Turkana or whatever but that wont allow duty free wheat to Kenya. We also have trading interests in our COUNTRY

I have travelled all over east africa for many years. I know much about Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania since I have had offices in all three countries. I can safely declare that Tanzania leadership will never trust Kenyans for ever and ever. On the other hand, in business Kenyans are merciless RATS (regular advantage takers) They create issues that only favour themselves.
Tanzania has come of age and no longer requires most of manufactured products from Kenya since the same factories in Kenya already opened branches in Tanzania. When you talk all the jargon about East Africa trade it is Kenya who creates it and understands it. Tanzania only looks at the benefit of her people regardless of EA agreements. This is my conclusion. East Africa community is a sham. It should be dissolved and stop wasting members funds. Let individual countries work out whichever agreements they wish to make with each other but not the one called EAC. Let all countries focus on forming one huge African unity. This way all the small issues that we keep yapping about in east africa will be obscured by a real all africa unification and development. If the current east African presidents approach other trade blocks presidents a deal can be set off in real time because whichever country feels its too important to join the rest can always be sidelined without any impact being felt by the rest.

Well said, and the fact that they resort to all these empty threats and insults is bcos they are awarr that they are on the wrong.

Kenya will not yield to intimidation or coarcion by these pipo, they can go ahead banish everything Kenyan from their country, we dont care.

These arr not just Kenyan trade rules and regulations, they apply in Tanzania as well. Ao they have to be followed.
