Mkuu Nguruvi there are suggestions that Britain helped Amin to come to power in 1971. And like others have said he then fell out of favor. So Britain again approached Nyerere to come up with Amin's ouster plan but Britain didn't want Obote back in power. The way I see it the Moshi conference was....
