Based on your above reasoning you have no reason to be impressed kwa kweli.
Nilidhani you are one of those who were JK party and suddenly you think US endorsement is not important.
Hahahahaaa...my friend Susu, how in the hell did you think I was a JK (and yellow and green) faithful?
My friend, I was upcountry for about three weeks in the lead up to the election. The conditions there are bad by any standards. It's a hard knock life out here. So If that kind of misery isn't enough education, then I don't know what it would take to 'properly educate' some of these people so they can link CCM's bad and unprincipled governance to their suffering. But before you dismiss the people who voted for JK we should understand that some of our people are not properly educated and they have been intimidated for without CCM this country will be up in flames. So we have a long way to go..
I wholeheartedly agree with you. I believe there was rigging. Just ask yourself this;why did it take 5 whole days to announce the winner (of the presidency)? Brasil had their elections the same day as ours but their results came out the same day and it's country much bigger than ours. Plus, counting the votes doesn't require a whole lot of high tech maneuvering . It's just a matter of adding (and maybe subtracting) the votes. But it took 5 days!!!! SMDHThis is not say that our Mh Prez JK won the election fair and square ... I believe this year was the year of change and it was halted with massive rigging, intimidation and dirty politics. We didn't know how low they can get.. but now we do...
