In fact, it goes more against your argument that the accused are terrorists than the argument that the court has not declared so.
Because, DPP withrdrawing the case does not establish the accused are terrorists by the threshold of a court's decision.
And since people are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, these people, by that same threshold, are innocent.
And therefore, your argument, that these people are terrorists, by that same threshold, is baseless Islamophobia.
The fact that DPP kachemka actually goes against your argument that these people are terrorists.
How could you establish, by the threshold of a court decision, that these people are in fact terrorists, if the DPP was not able to build this case in a court of law?
That notion remains in the ignoble specter of scandalous speculation.
