In fact, it goes more against your argument that the accused are terrorists than the argument that the court has not declared so.

Because, DPP withrdrawing the case does not establish the accused are terrorists by the threshold of a court's decision.

And since people are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, these people, by that same threshold, are innocent.

And therefore, your argument, that these people are terrorists, by that same threshold, is baseless Islamophobia.

The fact that DPP kachemka actually goes against your argument that these people are terrorists.

How could you establish, by the threshold of a court decision, that these people are in fact terrorists, if the DPP was not able to build this case in a court of law?

That notion remains in the ignoble specter of scandalous speculation.

Ofisi ya DPP imegeuka kuwa ofisi ya wafuta mashtaka badala ya ofisi ya waendesha mashtaka. Haya madaraka mapya yakufuta mashtaka wameyatoa wapi?

Kwanini imeacha jukumu la Msingi la kuanzishwa kwake? Kama wamebaini walikosea, hao waliokosea kifungua mashtaka wanasubiri nini kushtakiwa?

Kesi hizi nyingi ndani yake zipo za kubambikwa ambazo uendeshaji wake unaitia hasara serikali mwisho wa siku jamhuri inashindwa kesi dharau zinaongezeka...kwahiyo bora kesi zingine zifutwe
