Mkuu wangu kidogo unakosea hapa.. Mambo mengi yaliyomo humu JF hayahusiani wala kutokana na NCHI yetu..Hakuna mtu anayetegemea tanzania imfikishe mahala ila sisi ndio tutaijenga Tanzania ya kesho!..
Kwa mfano maneno ya Kennedy kuhusiana na hotuba yake "Ask not what the Country can do for You' yana mapana zaidi ya policies. Na sidhani kama Mwanakijiji au mtu yeyote humu anauliza nchi yake itamfanyia kitu gani ila wanazungumzia empty promises za chama tawala. Hivyo Country na Policies za chama tawala ni vitu viwili tofauti kabisa.
Hotuba ya Kennedy ilikuwa kuhamasisha wananchi kwamba US ni nchi yenye Opportunity kibao na policies zake zilikuwa zikiwezesha sera na ahadi ambazo zilimpa kura (Kennedy) hivyo aliwataka wananchi kujiunga naye kuijenga nchi.. kwa maana nyingine wananchi wawe na imani na dira, policies na sera zake, kilichobakia ni nguvu zao wananchi wenyewe kuiendeleza nchi na masiha yao wenyewe.
Hivyo mkuu wangu tusichukulie hotuba kama hizi juu juu tu kwani huwezi kuitendea haki nchi yako ikiwa policies zake zinawafunga wananchi. Maneno kama ya Kennedy hata Mugabe au Kim wa North Korea anaweza kuyatumia kwa kutazama malengo yavyama vyao na ikaleta maana, lakini ukweli unabakia kuwa policies zilizopo nchi hizo haziwezi kabisa kutimiza malengo yanayokusudiwa vichwani mwa wananchi...ndipo majukwaa kama haya huingia kati kuchambua makosa ya Policies na sio mazingira ya nchi waliyomo.
Sijui kama umenipata!
Sio CCM bali baadhi ya wanachama wake ambao hawana "love for country" ila "self", ambao wanatakiwa kufukuzwa chamani!
I get so frustrated when individuals tend to oppose policies without giving alternatives to a proposed policy. Opposing without giving alternatives is a syndrome in Tanzania politics as in many other states. Just saying NO without stating what should be done in the absence of what is tabled is a sign of political immaturity.
serikali iliopo madarakani inatekeleza muongozo wa CCM. wajumbe humu ndani wanao oppose CCM/serikali wote wanapropose CCM iondolewe madarakani ili chama kingine waweke sera zao. Kumbuka vyama vyote vilivyosajiliwa vina sera. It is simple and clear, where then are you blinded? Solution ni kutoa sera, serikali uliyounda itekeleza.Sasa una serikali utatoaje proposal? kumbuka proposal yako is what makes you different from the other.I like such kind of debates, especially when they are so personally addressed. The broader point I was attempting to make in my reasoned comment is the hypocrisy that we see from people just because they are not in policy decision making positions. Let me cite some few examples to illustrate my point. Many in this forum have raised issues on the Speaker's performance in Parliament, most criticizing the way he is running parliament vis-a-vis ousting out MPs who are allegedly corrupt or who are involved in white collar crimes. What would you have done as Speaker "Mag 3" who does not dares use his real name? The use of your alias speaks so much of your character and demeanor. CCM will continue forming a government in my beloved country because the opposing parties are not providing solutions to the problems that ordinary Tanzanians are facing everyday. At least CCM has provided solutions since its formation in 1977. If we want to bring real changes to our economy and the standard of living of mwanakijiji in my village we ought to be proposing solutions and not just saying NO and coming up with reports that are neither fully. researched nor substantiated with facts on the ground just for the sake of showing "kaopposition".
