Pale westgate ilikuwa miscalculation walipeleka kdf badala ya kupeleka recce squad ambao ndio wakotrained Ku deal na hostage situations in fact recce squad left the premises after one of them was allegedly shot by kdf fire.The situation at westgate is regrettable but we learnt some lessons the hardway .The recce company is very well trained for such situations
