Ni admit nini wakati speech yenyewe ilikuwa lame. Tuliambiwa hii itakuwa ni cross ya I have a dream na ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country na we have nothing to fear but fear itself na matokeo yake hakuna hata memorable lines. Puh-lease.....
 
Jamaa anaondoka na mengi....kuanzia mayai viza siku ya inaugural yake mpaka kiatu cha Iraq... inapendeza..naona hata jamaa wa jeshi hawana zile saluti..anaondoka anaacha watu wanapata lunch. 🙂

Asilimia kubwa tunafurahia tu kumuona Obama ambaye wengi hawakumpa nafasi ya kumshinda Hillary Clinton pamoja na mapesa yao na organisation kubwa na nzuri sana waliyokuwa nayo hasa ukitilia maanani kwenye opinion polls Hillary alikuwa anaongoza kwa points 28 au hata zaidi. Wenye usongo na Obama labda ni KKK na maracist.

Na kila kona ya dunia wengi wanafurahia kuona demokrasi ya kweli inavyofanya kazi kwa kuchaguliwa Obama kwa sababu Walimwengu wengi tumeshasikia statements toka kwa watu mbali mbali wa ngazi za juu US kwamba, "America is not ready for a black president".

Ni historical event ambayo wengi wetu hatukutegemea kabisa kuiona within our life time. What a moment!!!

Nyani kwani hizo speech unazozisema hizo zilikuwa ni za kwenye inaugral day???Kama ni kutafuta cross tafuta speech za Obama za nyuma na zinganisha

The oath is contained in the Constitution:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
But when Roberts swore in Obama, he flipped some of the words, saying: "I will execute the office of president to the United States faithfully."

Here's the transcript:

ROBERTS: Are you prepared to take the oath, Senator?
OBAMA: I am.
ROBERTS: I, Barack Hussein Obama...
OBAMA: I, Barack...
ROBERTS: ... do solemnly swear...
OBAMA: I, Barack Hussein Obama, do solemnly swear...
ROBERTS: ... that I will execute the office of president to the United States faithfully...
OBAMA: ... that I will execute...
ROBERTS: ... faithfully the office of president of the United States...
OBAMA: ... the office of president of the United States faithfully...

ROBERTS: Congratulations, Mr. President.

UPDATE: It's worth pointing out that Chief Justice William Howard Taft, who had been President himself, also flubbed the oath when he was swearing in Herbert Hoover in 1929. When Taft administered the oath, he said, "preserve, maintain and defend the Constitution," instead of "preserve, PROTECT, and defend." So where Roberts flipped a couple of words, Taft substituted an entirely new one.

I'll tell you what the speech was in one word uninspiring. The thing that knocked me out of my chair screaming was the Poem by whoever that lady was! what on earth was Boombox and pencils!
 
Speech ililikuwa nzuri tu kwani inaendana na wakati na challenges zilizopo...Ni straight forward message...Obama kashuka kwenye presidential limo "The Beast"na sasa wanatembea kwa miguu.
