The bill is like a proposal for a new law or existing one so you test it in the parliament to get its approval.

So the demonstrations were meant to deter the executive into signing it to become the law.

And that is what we call democracy.

It depends on context you are referring to, regarding uncertainty.

If you are talking about economic and political uncertainty then you are talking about forces which cause uncertainty.

And one of the most causes of uncertainty is inflation, high prices and low consumer purchase index.

Politically, if you make confusing political decisions you will definitely cause uncertainty.

Political decisions is one of the major cause of uncertainty with positive and negative effect, especially confusing decisions

That piece of excrement shouldn't have been proposed in the first place, proposing it shows how the proposers are out of touch
