Kama kawaida yenu, ulitaka kudanganya kwamba Kenya mnatoa free sedondary education, umeona huna ushahidi sasa unajaribu kukwepa swali, tafadhali ninaomba ushahidi kwamba Kenya mnatoa free secondary education kuanzia January 2018, ukileta ushahidi, then uliza nikupe ushahidi kuhusu Tanzania.

Do you have cerebral malaria?, this article was published on 25 August 2017, it was reporting preparation for free education by January 2018, it was a plan by GoK to start. As we know GoK is broke can't implement big project like this. If you have another article which stipulate that free secondary education kicked off from January this year please tell us.

Its implemented and well working.. KRA is collecting 2.5 times what TRA is collecting... Tanzanian education system is ranked the worst in East and Southern Africa.. don't know what your Bongolala brain can't comprehend.. Tanzania is a dormant state no one in The world hires any of you because no one trusts your education system

I knew that you had nor evidence to prove that Kenya has started free secondary school education program, you wish to implement but GoK has nor money, it depends on loan to do everything. I promise you, Kenya cannot provide free secondary education, if can't build a single kilometre of its SGR from its own money, how can it implement expensive project like this?
