Del Piero: "Madrid have great champions. It's a pleasure to see them all. I've always been eager to watch James Rodriguez. I enjoy him."

"I was struck by James Rodriguez at the World Cup in Brazil. With experience, he'll become an even better player."

Pablo Laso offered an interview to Realmadrid TV in which he analysed the Whites' Final Four semi-final clash against Fenerbahçe on Friday: "I feel very proud of the fact that Real Madrid are such a renowned and recognisable team".

"Reaching the Final Four for three consecutive years, winning trophies and, above all, conveying to everyone what we kind of team we want to be is something that we really value".

Final Four
"It's two cup finals; it's like the Copa del Rey. It's a tournament in which you can't look any further ahead than your first game".

Fenerbahçe
"They're a team with a lot of talent, they've invested in high-quality players like Goudelock, Bjelica, Vesely… At the end of the day, you're talking about a roster that has top Euroleague players. Obradovic is a great coach who we all know, because he used to coach Real Madrid as well as me".

IN THE FINAL FOUR YOU CAN'T LOOK ANY FURTHER AHEAD THAN YOUR FIRST GAME.

"The fans who'll be coming to lend us their support will be at full voice and I have no doubt that even those who don't manage to get a ticket will be waiting outside to cheer on the coach as it arrives to the stadium. In this regard I have been massively impressed with the behaviour of the fans this season and over the last few years. We know we're going to have their 100% backing".

Olympiacos
“They are a championship-winning team with a very clear playing style. They've been really solid over the last few years and we struggled to beat them in the playoff last season”.

CSKA
“They're bursting with talent. They have everything and with the arrival of Kirilenko they've improved their roster even further and become stronger. They're unpredictable and more capable of controlling games now”.

Real Madrid vs Juventus, Robert de Niro vs Joe Pesci. Joe had Killer performances in Goodfellas and Casino, and that's that.

Nakumbuka mpira waliopigiwa wakatalani msimu huu pale Bernabeu, sasa soka lile huu ndio wakati wake. Yaani kuanzia leo mpaka Berlin.

acha tu, those were good ol' times. Inconsistency has been part of our game ever since we snatched the CWC.

Real Madrid are one game away from the
Champions League final and giving themselves
a real opportunity of being the first ever team to
retain the title.

They will face a Juventus side that travel to the
Bernabéu with a goal advantage and their chests
puffed up after recently having defended their
Serie A title. Allegri's side is without rival in Italy
and they have a great opportunity to do their
country proud in Europe.

Nobody is talking about Sergio Ramos playing as
a midfielder this time round, with events in
Turin having showed that the system didn't
work.

The injury to Modric has given Ancelotti quite a
headache, having tried using six players to cover
his place. Despite it not being his natural
position, James has proved to be the best at
filling in on the right of midfield so far.

Benzema's return is the best possible news for
'Los Blancos'. Since his injury, Real Madrid have
played with less control and less facets to their
attacking options. Benzema is both a striker and
a fourth midfielder, as play dictates. He gives
Ronaldo, who he links up with the most, huge
support, as well as the team's three midfielders.

There will be amazing talent on display in the
middle of the park, with Juve having Pogba
back. Their young, French midfielder is a real
powerhouse with skill to boot, and although he
can be a little inconsistent at times, a team with
Pirlo, Marchisio, Vidal and Pogba in their
midfield are difficult to rival across all Europe.
