Talk of building other people's country where you are working from. That's very normal, you expected to benefit 100% at the expense of the society that has offered you employment?. Of course you have to pay tax, accommodation, your very own upkeep etc. Working is like business, you have to spend money to get more in return. Do you know that Kenyans abroad have ventured in real estate through their diaspora saccos here in Nairobi?. Others are homeowners. About the so called brain drain. You have to understand that the kind of work force we are having cannot be satisfied by the jobable opportunities we have. So whoever that reduces scrambling of those few opportunities by venturing elsewhere eases the situation and thus a plus.India and Philippines wana export so much skill worker from Dr's, nurses, IT, aviation to marine, petroleum, teaching even businesses people.
