You have to understand that the kind of work force we are having cannot be satisfied by the job able opportunities we have.
So if Kenya can managed to produce who are good and ready for another country why not it's own. I mean having bankers doctors, nurses, insurance brokers architects etc running for the exit who do you think are left behind if not B and C class professionals?
Yes, you might look on the bright side that those fellow citizen are sending money home and some investing in businesses and real estate, isn't that a small token compare to what they're generating for their host countries? Apart of solving first world problems they're also generate revenues in the tunes of 500% compare to what they earn. Today Africans and Kenyans in particular travels to India for (sometimes simple) medical treatments while their fellow country man are helping to save lives of Americans, Canadians French etc. How are we going to break the circle of deprivation, if we have countries like Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, etc training it's people ready to serve other developed world agendas?
