Thank you Sir. Further still, isn't worth noting that accountability (read resigning on that basis) is totally alien and unacceptable norms within CCM spheres?

Naively, Makinda is taking a mikey of us when we're rainning hard on her regarding those glaring failures of her. Madam Speaker is pretty aware of untold gross and greater failures all over the URT, from very top-bottom. So she's consoling herself on those "standards".

Seriously, I mean we need more than a resignation here. Objectively we need to cultivate and create a culture and a generation which will value competence, innovation, patriotism and of coz accountability. But first we need to uproot these mugs.

If not a system, then how could CCM produce these myriads of hypocrites, incompentent souls? They must be good at something there. Take CCM to the deck and all that it has with them!

Madam Speaker, have done exactly what some of us feared; she have become and continued to be one of the Government's department trying to defend the indefensible while at the same time trying to destroy the indestructible,
 
Its a well descritive piece of advice comrade, i concur with your opinion about resignation of a person on subject, actually resgining is the only best option among all possible option she might be having rightnow(Talking of a person who is very conservative,remote controlled by higher authorities plus those placed her on power)

Its very cristal clear that she has screwed the very basic meaning of the parliament, the best option to stop this spontenious damage is for her to go, period!

What is of a surprise is what she presented to the Constitutional Review Commission. It is as if she knows the problem and probably suffering through it. Her party could help.

We however should make sure that no party gets 2/3 majority in parliament, lest we continue with this problem.

Mzee Mwanakijiji, well said and understood. As long as this country has no meaningfull destination, that is no wonder. MPs, regardless of their affiliation, should unite and remove this malady. When my friend and coleague, Hon. Mbowe said the house is like a comedy theatre there was an uproar.

Can someone advice her to take the responsibilty of not only resigningnas a speaker but also as an MP? As we have all being said it is shame to the women and to tha nation as a whole.

Second I do have a small request if you don't mind.

For the matter of record and for love of your country (URT), can you put this piece of good advice in Swahili language and post to one of our local news paper?

I believe this is not hard for you! May be the use of Swahili will have a bit of impact to Madam Speaker before it is too late!
