I wonder watanzania hupewa elimu ipi shuleni.... They use alot of future tense... Siku tutajenga Reli,Siku tutajenga Bagamoyo,.... Sasa hapa nisiku mtaenda wengi.... When will you lazy guys ever start anything.

Naamini tuna wanariadha kibao wazuri raia na wanajeshi pia. Ila matayarisho wanafanya sehemu zisizofaa mfano Dsm, Kibaha au Pwani. Wanatakiwa kufanya mazoezi ya muda mrefu na mashindano katika altitude za juu kama kule Hanang', Mbulu, Kitulo Mbeya (Ambapo hakuna mbu wa malaria/hewa nyepesi/ oxygen nyingi) n.k maeneo yanayofanana na nyanda za juu za huko Kenya au Ethiopia.

Hehehe JokaKuu hao wanariadha wananunuliwa kwa hela nyingi sana, aisei sio rahisi kihivyo, kumnunua mwanariadha mwenye hadhi ya kushinda Olympic, halafu aukane hadi na uraia wake wa Kenya, kwa sasa hivi msitegemee na mkithubutu yaani itakua vurugu kwenu hadi bungeni, vikao vitafanyika bungeni na wajumbe kutafuna posho ili wajadili kwamba mlifika hapo lini.

Kwa Tanzania kuwa kama Kenya, nafikiri tatizo lipo kwenye mfumo mzima shuleni, hamuonekani kutilia maanani suala la michezo haswa ya riadha. Na pia Wabongo wengi wenyewe huwa hamna haja kabisa, mnapenda sana mambo ya soka yaani Simba/Yanga lakini riadha hamuongei kabisa. Nilkua naona Dar watu wananishangaa shangaa kila nikitoka jioni kukimbia, maana mimi kwa umbo ni bonge na mnene, sasa jamaa wanashangaa sana kuona mtu wa aina yangu anakimbia tena kwa kasi.

Hili la kushinda riadha sio vipaji tu, ila kama taifa mnafaa kuandaliwa kimawazo kuanzia mkiwa shuleni.

..miaka ya 70 wanafunzi walikuwa wanacheza mpaka boxing huku Tz.

..shule ya sekondari ya serikali niliyosoma mimi nilikuta gymnastics equipment na boxing gears lakini hazitumiki.

..ni kweli kabisa michezo haitiliwi mkazo ktk shule zetu. Watanzania walioshinda medali miaka ya 80 walikuwa ni product ya mashindano ya mashule.

Wanariadha hata tukiwaazima wanaofanya vizuri, lakini wakija huko wataishia kulemewa. Maana kama nilivyokuambia, ufaulu wao sio kwa juhudi zao tu, bali kama taifa watu wake wapo vipi katika kuwahamasisha wanariadha wake. Kwa mfano mwanariadha wa Kenya akitembea tembea mitaa ya Eldoret huku ameficha uso, atakuta watoto wanamuiga wakikimbia kimbia.
Unakuta mtoto anajiita David Rudisha huku akikimbia kimbia, au watu wanaongea ongea kumhusu, pia kwenye utani hata comedy za TV wanariadha kama David wanatajwa tajwa, hilo linawapa fahari, wanapewa nafasi ya kutangaza bidhaa
pia.
 

Tanzania ni suala tu la kuwa serious, tuangalie timu yetu ya marathon ambayo itakimbia siku ya kufunga mashindano ya Olympics Rio 2016 tarehe 21 Agosti 2016.

Team Tanzania ikiongozwa na mzoefu Fabian Joseph umri miaka 31 hapa ujuzi wake kuna medali pia bila kuwasahau chipukizi wawili Alphonce Felix Simbu umri 24 na Saidi Juma Makula miaka 23 wenye uchu wa kuweka jina ktk historia. Pia tukitazama muda waliokimbia ktk mashindano mbalimbali kuna ''uwezekano wa medali'' mwaka huu.

Kenya’s Chanchima to battle Tanzania’s Fabiano in Nagano Marathon

Chanchima has a best of 2:07:43 from the 2012 Seoul Marathon but this is the only time he has cracked 2:10:00 and his last marathon was at the 2014 Seoul Marathon where he was only 12th with 2:14:53.

The favorite’s role consequently falls to the second-fastest runner in the field, his compatriot Laban Mutai, who recorded his personal best of 2:08:01 at the 2012 Koln Marathon. He also won the 2014 Linz Marathon with 2:08:03.

His latest marathon was in Valencia last November, where he was sixth with 2:09:55, still showing consistent form under 2:10:00.

However, the most intriguing runner in the field is Joseph.

Now 30, Joseph has run five marathons in his career but his marathon best is only 2:13:24 from 2006, when he made his debut at the Amsterdam Marathon. He was only 11th at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and 42nd at the IAAF World Championships Beijing 2015 but his credentials at shorter distances are quite impressive.

He won the 2005 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships and finished second at the 2003 and 2004 editions. His half marathon best is 59:56 and he has good track times to his name, although most were set almost a decade ago.

Theoretically, Joseph should be able to run a much faster marathon. How much faster is one of the intriguing questions on Sunday.
