Did u miss the part that CORD raised the alarm on the BVR kits esp the sourcing procedures by one some Mary Wambui (there are so many mary wambuis but u can pick one for practicability purposes)...
Why was the tendering process not halted when it was glaring to all that the procurement act 2005 and its regulations 2006 were punitively flouted. Who pushed for its actualization cause i think CORD raised the red flag over the whole process but actors in govt prevailed all the same. Some of these demons will find their way back to the courts.

Indeed you have a short memory, when they were launching CORD the bvr kits were already in the country so how could it have been raising the red flag after the event?
I repeat, RAO is equally to blame if we are to go that route.

I thought there was a print-out with pictures and details to be neatly crossed out once one has voted/taken ballot papers? Or did the IEBC officials 'vote' and then cross out names of ppl that did not turn up to boost numbers? What about agents in the rooms. Do they tally voters ? If not, what is their (agents) purpose?

Nairobi, Kenya: CORD’s lead lawyer George Oraro is confident of a strong case after filing a petition contesting Uhuru Kenyatta’s declaration as the president elect.

Oraro said Prime Minister Raila Odinga is the petitioner in the case while Independent Electoral and Boundaries Comission (IEBC), Isaack Hassan(IEBC Chair), President elect Uhuru Kenyatta and deputy president elect William Ruto are the respondents.

Hassan is the returning officer of the presidential results.

i have no mistrusts on unused ballots but one question; why are one voting box seals broken? does it mean some votes were taken away by unauthorized individuals that had no means to open the box but to break the seal? Is that legal?

The explanation of Mr. Isaack is that these were election materials used in the mock election. Then he realized he had messed up with that answer coz he was told that the ballot papers for the mock elections didn't have the names n pictures of the contestants.

Then the next question by the students was, how could such an important exercise be carried out at the Campus n nobody knew about it or saw nothing?

Yes the IEBC is shady!

A lot of things are not adding up with these IEBC guys. They are now becoming a public embarassment
maana hizi seketa sasa ni too much. Hamna mtu mwenye explanation ya kueleweka as to why these
materials were found at Kenyatta University?

Mkuu Mwenyekiti hawezi kuhesabu kura kwa kila county, hiyo ni kazi ya timu nzima. Ni ngumu kuwa na kumbumbukumbu ya registered voters kwa kila county kichwani mwake. By the way waliotakiwa kumsaidia kulijua hilo ni mawakala wa vyama vya siasa, kama walisaini kukubali matokeo eneo husika mtu alye Bomas atajuaje kama kuna tatizo.
