But what do Kikuyus do. Instead of sitting down and complaining is they go out of their region and to other counties ie. Lamu, Isebania in migori, Transzoia, Mombasa, Mandera and virtually everywhere in the world you'll find a Kikuyu guy making something out of him/herself.

Again Uhuru Kenyatta and William Rutos Jubilee goverment should be blamed for appointments going on not Kikuyu community. The regime is the worst corruption hit government in Kenya's history.

The deputy president has become a billionaire in less than a decade with no product or invention to show. Uhuru na yeye anajenga Northlands expanding family business. This fakers should all go home come 2022. The cabinet of Kenya is made up of individuals who choose people not a community chooses people.

Narok has low population,but it's contribution is huge , how much do you think maasai Mara adds to the national exchequer?Narok is one of the leading wheat basket in the country,do you really want to ignore that and assume that two kikuyus in kiamba should be given a dispensary and one maasai in Narok should not? Point hapa ni watu wa tribe zote wako qualified. So if you have ten jobs , what would be the criteria for choosing if all ten who get the job turn out to be one tribe? Its not my fault as a guy from central region that Mandera is under developed.
Thats the work of the National Goverment and also people from the county themselves.

Also Its their fault to some extent. They sympathize with Al-Shabaab and hate non-locals. TSC teachers are always slaughtered and private businessmen shot dead in quarry's.

No investor wants to go there due to local hostility.

My criteria will be to first look at your qualifications. I cant employ you to be a Doctor whereas you only know how to farm. Tribe will be the last thing to look at.

FYI: There are 44 Permanent secretaries in all ministries.
Only 9-12 of them are Kikuyu. Am not related to any of them and non gives me any favors because am their fellow tribesman.
