The most expensive road ni Ile express high way ambayo inajengwa Nairobi,dongo kundu EPZ is dead as yesterday nothing is happening there,ports zimejengwa Mombasa na nyengine kujengwa lamu we appreciate that, but who are the beneficiaries of the so called Port? You guys have made sure that Mombasa economy dies by transferring functions of the port to Nairobi and naivasha in the names of efficiency, Mombasa residents have lost jobs , those who used to work as clearing agents can hardly afford to put a bread on the table, Mombasa port is just being used as a route with the no benefits to the locals. You jumped on and picked Mombasa because you were unable to identify even a single project worthy a billion in mandera? Just be human and feel sorry for a person in turkana,have heart and feel sorry for a person in moyale you won't lose anything bro.

I have never seen a tribalist person in this forum like that guy,his tribalism sucks . I guess he has never traveled beyond kikuyu central and Nairobi akaenda kule north part of the country au hata hapa makueni tu aone Hali ilivyo.

Okay , let's leave mandera because it's alshabaab prone area ,can you tell me why turkana or marsabit is not developed? Can you tell me why kilifi,kwale ,Tana river are underdeveloped even though they have massive resources?. Don't be blinded by tribalism angalau kua na utu, maana mwisho wa kwisha we ni binadamu Kama wale wengine.

Beneficiaries of the ports are Kenyans bro[emoji23][emoji23] ama pia bandari ni Wakikuyu wanatumia pekee?
Infact No sea port is even close to Kikuyu land they have to pay to get goods delivered via SGR and they don't complain.
Mombasa residents don't pay anything they receive containers direct from the port.
Mombasa should be rich and challenging Nairobi due to its location and history. I don't know what lags behind down there.

And 'you guys' ni akina nani? I already told you SGR doesn't pass through central.

Clearing agents are also in Naivasha and Nairobi ICDs, employing Kenyans from all walks of life I don't know why you're against that.

About Mandera we have the Isiolo - Mandera road u/c 700km+
Cost 84 billion Kenyan shillings.

That's the work of National government and local citizens its not my job as a central region resident.
That was the whole point of devolution.

All I need is that my taxes paid to Kiambu County are used to serve me in Kiambu because that's where I live.

No one is taking your money from kiambu in fact kiambu only collects 3 billion and it's given 9 billions where do you think this other 6 billions come from?.

That's not mandera project,it's a road traversing through five counties,it's not a specific project budgeted for mandera like it happens with other counties, no sea port close to kikuyu land but you have made sure you transfer all jobs to Nairobi and naivasha, the unemployment in Mombasa is high than before for the first time in decades because of dictarial policies by uhuru through macharia that have left Mombasa residents very poor, tell me who owns naivasha Depot if not uhuru and his allies ? , Even KRA are moving from Mombasa to naivasha Depot and Nairobi, Mombasa Port imebakia meli kudock tu halafu kila kitu kinaenda Nairobi na naivasha.

Mandera county collected 114 million and they have a budget of billions. Where do they get the extra billions?
Please study how county governments make money.

There are roads being done by the National government in Mandera county but that's none of my concern.
My concern is on the revenue allocation. Each county should get its own share no freebies.

Naivasha and Nairobi Inland depos are owned by government not individuals.

There also other countries that have land in the depos

That's a question you should answer and stop being petty thinking that whatever is being collected in kiambu is being spent in the ASAL counties.

It won't go through bro look for another formula , the developed counties can not continue marginalising others in the pretence of huge population yet they have been enjoying privilege since time immemorial,it's high time we stand up and say no to this state sponsored impunity.

I already told you I enjoy no privileges. You are stereotyping. There's no developed county in Kenya. They can only be called 'developing counties'

Even Nairobi has its high share of problems which include huge slums, poverty and rampant crime.

I need my taxes collected by Nairobi county to work for me as a resident in Nairobi.

The YES formula 'one man one shilling' already includes equalisation fund which tackles marginalisation.
