Charity starts at home, firstly you have to put on trial your locally made substandard ventilators on your Covid 19 patients for Tanzania to see their efficacy before buying them.---- Tanzania have the money to buy the stuffs as you have the money to buy Tz maize.

It is also good that we have Betty Maina as the cabinet secretary. The wonderful job she has done promoting the kenyan manufacturing sector, even while she was in the private sector (KAM), is amazing. she has insider knowledge of how the manufacturing sector can be grown and what incentives need to be given to attract companies. I guess that is why Uhuru picked her from the private sector to push the manufacturing pillar of the big 4 agenda.
