We as Africans should never be fooled with American way of doing things but only countries like China India or Vietnam. Kampuni kama Boeing inamilikiwa na serikali ya Marekani. Kampuni ya Airbus inamilikiwa na serikali ya France and Germany. Kuna mambo mengine lazima yafanywe nakusimamiwa na serikali. Kampuni nyingi kubwa za China zinamilikiwa na serikali ya China. Kwa China huko ndo almost all Mega companies are government owned. PPP are always after profit. They always want to benefit on tax payers money and sometimes they charge higher prices.
Hii yote world bank illidanganya nchi za kiafrika ili tusiweze piga atua. PPP hatotokea kuwa mkombozi wa kiuchumi barani Africa. I has failed and will keep on failling in Africa.

1.The govt is not selling everything
2.There is a more detailed document showing what the govt owns and what they are offloading and in what manner
3. Most of these Parastatals have made the govt so big, introducing wastage , duplication and corruption.
Issues Kenyans have with this.
1.why are some of them being sold yet they make so much money and are very stratergic

Kengen
2.will the selling be transparent ?
3.Will those executives that have been mis-managing them be brought to book.?
