Wakenya hawana ujuzi!

Have a respect young "boay".

Ndii anawaambia kila siku wameibiwa wanabisha alitoa mfano how many trips the cargo trains that can't be longer than 1km need to make to reach the 35 mln tons. The calculations couldn't add up! While Dar to Morogoro is 205 km, has 6 stations that each offer route exchange of a 2 km train long aside 95 km parallel route decicated just for that! U can't say of the same for Kenya's SGR.Hahaha, katika hili eneo la SGR bora uwe mpole tu, Tanzania train uwezo wake ni 35 tonnes excel, Kenya ni 25 tonnes only
Railway Under Construction in Tanzania Probably Africa's Best

Ndii anawaambia kila siku wameibiwa wanabisha alitoa mfano how many trips the cargo trains that can't be longer than 1km need to make to reach the 35 mln tons. Ukabila "our time to eat mentality" inawasumbua!

Hapo sasa ninaanza kupata sura halisi. R. I. P. Julius Kambarage Nyerere kwa kutuondolea tribalism TanzaniaUkabila "our time to eat mentality" inawasumbua!
Cargo maxspeed SGR Kenya nI 70km/h if PAX is 110km/h the speed is determined through ratio.Max speed ya cargo ni 80 km/h. Ya passenger ni 120 km/h. Bangi punguza

Too much knowledge is an agony...I think u don’t even understand what maintaining cost they r talking about, I advice u to go and read again....about the diesel consumption in Tanzania wont be the same as Kenya cause u will be importing much..there will be a huge difference of someone who is using what is produced in his country than someone who is using what is not producing...Your operation cost will rely on dollar fluctuation since your importing diesel...It does not take a genius to understand that
Kupigapiga picha na selfie kwenye Stations,So Mchina kajenga, anaiendesha na ataikarabati. Wakenya kazi yao nn?
Hebu soma hapa kidogo:-
- Electric Locomotive vs Diesel Locomotive The major advantage of the electric locomotive engine over diesel engine is that electric engine uses a rather simple and straightforward technology. The electric engine pulls power directly from the power grid and requires only a transformer and a regulator to bring down the power to acceptable levels. Diesel engines on the other hand uses diesel to produce energy, which is then transformed into electricity, and then again into kinetic energy, making them only around 40 percent efficient for the diesel consumed.
- Electric Locomotive v/s Diesel Locomotive Technology Electric engines are lightweight, constituting only motors and wheel axles, and have almost no moving parts. Diesel engines on the other hand have a large number of moving parts such as pistons, valves, turbines, and chains. Electric engines are therefore easier to maintain whereas the moving parts of a diesel engine require constant maintenance.
- Electric Locomotive v/s Diesel Locomotive Speed The simple nature of the electric engine makes them efficient and powerful. Electric engines do not produce much heat and noise, meaning that most of the energy produces converts into foreword motion. Diesel engines, on the other hand waste generate much heat and noise, diverting the energy away from forward motion.
- Electric Locomotive v/s Diesel Locomotive Commercial Consideration A major commercial consideration for railways to prefer electric locomotive engines to diesel locomotive engines is cost and availability of diesel. Diesel is an expensive non-renewable fuel source whereas electricity is a cheaper and infinite source of energy.
In electrical SGR the wagons r moved through electromagnet power found on the overhead cables. Sometimes the rails bars too are electromagnetized though overhead cable is a more reliable n economical viable. The good thing is mtambo wa gongo (diesel engine) can also use electrical SGR infrastructure.
The Kenyan SGR can be adopted to use a gas. It's more efficient to produce electricity using a gas than diesel. We can negotiate to pipe it to Kenya.
