Shida ya KQ haijawahi kua ukosefu wa abiria... KQ inagenerate revenue ya $560m kila mwaka! abiria wanaosafirishwa na KQ ni wengi kuliko abiria wote wanaoshuka KIA + JNIA !!!!

Anyway, Transit passengers wanaopitia JKIA is at an all time high..

Kenya’s major airport registered a growth of transit passengers last year, highlighting Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) as a favourite transiting hub for international travellers.
Recent data from the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics indicate that the number of international passengers in transit increased by 2.7 per cent from 1.2 million in 2016 to 1.25 million last year.
JKIA is a major hub for passengers connecting to Europe, US or even the Middle East.
Overall, Kenya’s major airports recorded an increase on the number of passengers who used different ports in the period under review.
“The total number of passengers increased by 3.5 per cent from 9.8 million in 2016 to 10.1 million last year,” says the KNBS in a recently released Economic Survey.

Wacha upumbavu ati KQ PAX are equal to the PAX flying to JNIA n KIA. Evidence?

KQ has been cutting loses each financial year from KSH 7BILLION to KSH 4BILLION so far but some dumb noisy neighbors wanadhani KQ inaendelea kuongeza hasara ilhali inapunguza hasara iliyosababishwa na poor management hapo awali. Keep on watching KQ will bounce back in less than 5years you can screenshot this for future reference.

They do not know that KQ was indeed profitable but they need to cover for the loses they made whilst paying for operations and offsetting fleet purchases. They know not that in 5 years KQ will be rivaling any stable Carrier overseas
