Mahakama ya Wilaya ya Maswa mkoani Simiyu imemhukumu kifungo cha miaka 20 jela Mussa Shija (33) na Hollo Shija (35) miaka 30 jela kwa kosa la kuzini na kuishi kama mke na mme kwa zaidi ya miaka sita wakijua kuwa ni ndugu wa damu.
Wakazi hao wa Kijiji Cha Mandang'ombe Wilayani Maswa walihukumiwa jana Agusti 14, 2024 na Hakimu mkazi Mwandamizi wa Mahakama hiyo Enos Misana, ambapo ilidaiwa mahakamani hapo kuwa watuhumiwa hao walifanikiwa kupata mtoto mmoja mwaka 2022.
Katika jinai namba 26634/2024 iliyokuwa inawakabili watuhumiwa hao ilidaiwa mahakamani hapo na Mwendesha Mashtaka kutoka Ofisi ya Mashitaka ya Taifa wilaya ya Maswa, Mkaguzi Msaidizi wa Polisi, Vedastus Wajanga kuwa walitenda makosa hayo tarehe na miezi tofauti kati ya mwaka 2018 hadi Julai 2024 katika kijiji cha Mandang'ombe wilayani humo.

[6]Mtu ye yote aliye wa kwenu asimkaribie mwenziwe aliye wa jamaa yake ya karibu ili kumfunua utupu; mimi ndimi BWANA.
None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness: I am the LORD.
[7]Utupu wa baba yako, wala utupu wa mama yako, usifunue, maana ndiye mama yako; usifunue utupu wake.
The nakedness of thy father, or the nakedness of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover: she is thy mother; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
[8]Utupu wa mke wa baba yako, usifunue; maana, ni utupu wa baba yako.
The nakedness of thy father's wife shalt thou not uncover: it is thy father's nakedness.
[9]Utupu wa umbu lako, binti ya baba yako, au binti ya mama yako, kwamba alizaliwa nyumbani mwenu au kwamba alizaliwa kwengine, utupu wa hao usifunue.
The nakedness of thy sister, the daughter of thy father, or daughter of thy mother, whether she be born at home, or born abroad, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover.
[10]Utupu wa binti ya mwanao mume, au wa binti ya binti yako, utupu wao hao usifunue; kwa kuwa ndio utupu wako mwenyewe.
The nakedness of thy son's daughter, or of thy daughter's daughter, even their nakedness thou shalt not uncover: for theirs is thine own nakedness.
[11]Utupu wa binti ya mkewe baba yako, aliyezaliwa na baba yako, yeye ni umbu lako, usifunue utupu wake.
The nakedness of thy father's wife's daughter, begotten of thy father, she is thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
[12]Usifunue utupu wa umbu lake baba yako; maana, yeye ni jamaa aliye karibu.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's sister: she is thy father's near kinswoman.
[13]Usifunue utupu wa umbu la mama yako; maana, yeye ni jamaa ya mama yako ya karibu.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister: for she is thy mother's near kinswoman.
[14]Usifunue utupu wa ndugu ya baba yako, usimkaribie mkewe huyo; yeye ni shangazi lako.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy father's brother, thou shalt not approach to his wife: she is thine aunt.
[15]Usifunue utupu wa mkweo mwanamke; yeye ni mke wa mwanao; usifunue utupu wake huyo.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy daughter in law: she is thy son's wife; thou shalt not uncover her nakedness.
[16]Usifunue utupu wa mke wa nduguyo; maana, ni utupu wa nduguyo.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness.
[17]Usifunue utupu wa mwanamke na binti yake; usimtwae binti ya mwanawe mume, au binti ya binti yake, ili kufunua utupu wake; hao ni jamaa ya karibu; ni uovu mkuu.
Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou take her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness.
[18]Wala usitwae mwanamke pamoja na nduguye, awe mtesi wake, na kufunua utupu wake, huyo wa pili atakapokuwa yu hai.
Neither shalt thou take a wife to her sister, to vex her, to uncover her nakedness, beside the other in her life time.
[19]Nawe usimkaribie mwanamke kufunua utupu wake wakati wa kutengwa kwa ajili ya unajisi wake.
Also thou shalt not approach unto a woman to uncover her nakedness, as long as she is put apart for her uncleanness.
[20]Usilale na mke wa mwenzio, ukajitia unajisi naye.
Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbour's wife, to defile thyself with her.
