Hata sisi tutapata some contracts ya kusafirisha mizigo za Uganda. Logistics companies zetu zitashinda some of the tenders. Mombasa port itatumika sana kusafirisha mashine na vifaa vya Kingfisher na Tilenga kwa sababu Mombasa port hadi Tilenga au Kingfisher ni karibu kushinda Dar port hadi Tilenga au Kingfisher.

Wewe bangi weka chini. Unapojadili na mimi make sure unajua unachosema. Nyinyi hamna reli yoyote kutoka Tanga hadi Mwanza. Tanzania ninaijua vizuri sana. Hata hio reli inayojengwa sasa hivi kutoka Dar hadi Mwanza itakamilika mwaka wa 2028. Mradi huu ujenzi wake unaanza mwaka huu so barabara ya Kenya ndio itatumika kusafirisha mizigo ya Uganda kwa sababu reli yenu haipo ready.

Let us wait and see. Tutaona nani alikuwa right. Hata kwa mambo ya Lamu port ulisema kwamba Tanzania haitawahi kubali kusupply mizigo to Lamu port for transhipment. Ulisema mna ports zenu na hamuwezi kubali Lamu port itumike kama transhipment port ya mizigo yenu. Saa hizi Lamu inatumika for transhipment ya mizigo yenu. Hata hapa kwa Tilenga time will tell. Nitakukumbusha tu katika siku za usoni.
